My experience of Cambridge Audi has been nothing short of five stars; from the initial enquiry regarding a vehicle originally sold by them, arranging a test drive (which was worth the 170 mile round trip alone) to the final handover and drive home. Steve Wilding was totally supportive throughout the entire process, going beyond the usual sales process to ensure everything went smoothly. I can highly recommend this Audi dealership, and especially dealing with Steve, where I hope others experience the same 5-star service that we have.
Ive purchased a car previously from Cambridge Audi, so had high expectations on my return visit to the dealership to test drive the new Q4. James Leggoe was very helpful in arranging this and given the current shortage of new Audis due to chip issues, managed to track down the model and colour I wanted. He takes a real interest in his customers and their needs, keeping me me informed during the whole process up to handover day. Delighted to now be driving the first Q4 Sportback from the dealership, as per attached photo

Her due diligence was first class, she was polite and knowledgeable even though she’s not been working there for long.We we’re so bowled over by her enthusiasm we waited for her to come back from her week away as she wanted to personally present our new car to us ! Highly frustrating sales experience. I spent more than three weeks trying to buy an Approved Used Audi TTS that Id reserved, only to have to call it all off because of damage to the interior that was not going to be brought up to standard. I was told that my standards were too high and that I should just go off and buy a new car. Ive never bought a new car, but I take pride in my cars, which involves buying cars that have previously been well cared for. To be told, by an Audi dealer, that my standards are too high, says a lot. This was not a £3,000 Ford Focus from Bob down the road.I was sent poor quality videos of the car, in which I thought I could detect some marks on the drivers seat back and the glove box door. I was assured (quite defensively) that there were no marks or blemishes anywhere on the car, but pictures of the damage were eventually disclosed after numerous requests. There were about 50 scratches all over the seat back, and several scratches on the glove box door. This was a £30,000 car with under 35,000 miles on it, and I was told that they would just paint the seat back to hide the scratches, rather than replacing the panel. It was even difficult to get hold of the cars service history, but this was finally shared with me after I made a call to Audi UK, who confirmed that this should have been part of the standard process. Unable to trust what I was being told anymore, and feeling exhausted and disappointed when I should have been excited about buying a valuable Approved car, I requested that my deposit be returned, and I am now enjoying a far superior sales experience at a family-run (non-Audi) dealership.
Had a fantastic experience purchasing my Audi. Steve went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, he didnt try to force me to buy extras that I didnt want, and the car was delivered to me quickly. He knew Id had a negative experience elsewhere, so went to great lengths to make my experience with Cambridge Audi a good one.
What can I say about Cambridge Audi:- Salex Exec Axel is a real asset for Cambridge Audi and made me feel really welcome and helping me was never too much- The management team at Cambridge was also great as they knew what I wanted and they made sure until I was happy they did everything they could to make it happen.- The team at Cambridge Audi are all very professional, service is great and want to make their customer feel at happy they came there, which they did.I would recommend others to go to Cambridge Audi if they are looking for their next one.See you soon Cambridge Audi

Very helpful as my oil filter seal had gone after a service at one of the companys other dealership - bent over backwards to diagnose the fault, put a new filter in place and refill the oil (nearly 4 litres of it!). Thank you so much
The fact that Ive been a customer for annual services for over 20 years at Cambridge Audi means that Im happy to recommend it I guess!I travel in from N Herts, and the premises are easy to get to by car (or train, then bus to the adjacent Park & Ride). The showroom is always a pleasant place to spend some time, and the staff very helpful, courteous & keen to sort any problems fairly. The team keep me well informed of progress (incl Audi Cam videos), ££ estimates and completion times.Of course, any city-based main dealership will be a bit more expensive for labour, but they price-match Audi parts, and its reassuring to know that the technicians understand the cars really well & have such a depth of experience & tools/diagnostics to hand that they can solve pretty much any issue (especially useful on older cars like mine).Provision of nearly new Audi courtesy cars is excellent (& probably pays for itself as it opens customers eyes to the latest kit available). Also, the complimentary visual health checks, often accompanying even the briefest of visits, provide a useful heads-up on some developing issues.Suggestions for minor improvements: a) consider updating the template for customers invoice paperwork – its barely changed over the years and can be a little hard to interpret at a glance… ; b) the off-site folk doing the helpful ‘reminder’ telephone calls for setting up annual services don’t seem to have sufficient details to hand – thus, for example, I have to help them along with prompts such as that they need to consider additional extras to the service such as the vital MOT or price-up/book suggested optional repairs that were listed at the car’s last service.

Good service, as always, from Cambridge Audi yesterday. Not the cheapest fix (as expected from a main dealer) and it took a day longer than originally anticipated but they were transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the diagnosis and repair.
I have an Audi A6 and it’s the worst car I’ve had in my whole life. I have always got problems with it and now the engine management light is on again. I’ve had the engine management light come on 3 times since I got the car. Never buy a Audi car just like that cause it will cost you a fortune. The clutch and the gearbox has broken down twice. If you get guarantee from Audi just remember that it actually isn’t a guarantee. When the car breaks again the Audi garage will tell you that the fault isn’t covered under the guarantee. I can’t wait to get rid of this car and sell it. I’m never going back to this place ever again!
My concern is that it took so long to book a slot for a new headlamp bulb. I suspect that knowing that the headlight wasnt working I was committing an offence driving the car. I feel that you should keep slots open for faults like this, ie relatively easy to repair and yet potentially keep the car off the road, that would enable them to be fixed without a long wait.

Booked my S5 in for a service and to check a noise coming from the rear of the car. Audi replaced two shock absorbers under manufacturers warranty and completed the service and health check. Lucy there did a great job and kept me informed of the progress on my car while it was with them.
What you would expect from a main dealer! On-site parking is limited due to the volume of cars and the parking spaces are so tight i only just got out of the car.
Everything involved with the service was absolutely fine from the booking to collection with all measures put in place as government guidelines recommend sadly the same cannot be said for the paperwork that you supply. This is a least the fourth time I have contacted Cambridge Audi about mixing my details up with my sons (the last time I was assured it would not happen again after receiving a letter concerning a service plan my son was trying to set up for his car).What I dont understand is that I am phoned on my number but my sons number is on the paperwork again which makes me think the computer details have not been properly amended.
The car was booked in, reminders sent, an email sent with photo detailing how the car was. Reception was efficient and pleasant as were the two people who dealt with the signing in and paperwork. All efficient and helpful.
Received excellent service from all concerned, with special mention to Ross Maher who helped sort out, what turned out to be, a minor problem.Must also give thanks again to Oliver who collected and returned the A3 Sportback and dealt with the signing admin. in a very professional manner.
Technical service and MOT were great, and all the staff i met were very friendly and professional. Only complaint is that my car was not cleaned while at Audi. As a company offering a premium product thats something i really expected

Bought an approved used Audi few months back. In couple of days I noticed side window gets stuck and doesn’t open completely. Now I have noticed windscreen had a chip and wasn’t repaired properly so it has started to crack.It can be seen as I am an unlucky guy or you can avoid whole lot of trouble by going to other centres. There are plenty except “Vindis group”.We have two other used car purchases with “Marriott Audi” with far better journey.

I own an RS4 so am very fussy with who looks and plays with the car.I went in for a AC issue and Audi performed a full health check which also brought up a couple of other points that needed work (great video sent via text/email). As I had warranty with a non Audi company I was a bit worried how the interaction would go.I needed not to worry. I can not say how much Kevin and the service team supported and helped me through the process. Absolute gent and a fab experience.Will 100% use Audi Cambridge again.

Car in for a minor service. All contact was polite, even friendly and efficient. The showroom and service desks are all set up very well in line with safety around Covid. Lots of hand sanitizer and room to keep distant etc. Vindis can be a little expensive, but my service was right on the money, as quoted and no hidden extras or nasty surprises. Plus they give you a video of the underside of the car which is good to see.
Overall satisfactory outcome but not possible to give 5 stars. Standard first service not completed in one day and car held overnight. Credit card over debited by £300 but Audi spotted, apologised and refunded same day.

A first service for an A3: courteous and informative welcome where I was told how long the task would take and the terms, conditions, cost etc. When I collected it on completion I was again fully informed about what had been done during the service and when I could expect a further service. Throughout the process I was kept well informed about all aspects of the process. Excellent service!

Far too expensive for the service offered. Waiting twenty minutes in the morning to drop my keys off. Rung thirty minutes before they close to collect. Left my car with zero fuel in so had to go straight to a garage. Not impressed, certainly wont be back.

Its refreshing to deal with Cambridge Audi and I can recommend Stephen Player. He gave facts clearly and without any of the tired sales jargon used by many today. Although I didnt buy a car at this time, he tried his hardest to find me the right used car as I had a very specific requirement.

Been coming here for 9 years and can say the experience has generally been 5*. The prices have been reasonable, with several things being done for free when I wasnt expecting it, and only once feeling overcharged.The staff have always been friendly and helpful only let down by a couple of communications failures (they need to check there spam filters, and learn to ask someone else to give you a courtesy call you back if too busy).Id rather pay the small fee for a nearly new Audi as a courtesy car than the cars people get at other garages. Also getting your car back cleaned (usually) is a nice touch.

We got a flat tire on the way to hospital with a my partner in labour, an obviously stressful event and the team at Audi Cambridge were amazing, Audi assist were able to recover the vehicle and get me to Audi Cambridge garage, the team had me in a vehicle in minutes and I made it in time for the birth of my first child! That’s customer service!!

Great service when buying the car very attentive, usual main dealer antics when you have a problem they do not want to know, had a defective mirror glass on purchase, dangerous as i could not see out of the mirror the heating element was defective, would have expected Cambridge Audi to pay for it but was told no.Will not recommend to friends or family and sadly they have lost me as a customer.

Fantastic service from this dealer, was off to Gloucester for a weekend away with my wife when sitting in a traffic jam my wife put the window down and it got stuck, thinking quickly as we were near Cambridge, I said find where the nearest dealer is to us, we popped in and from that moment we were totally looked after, fantastic service from the staff, from never being in this dealership before I can say I will definitely be going back to get my next car.The technician sorted my car so we could carry on with our journey, I am thinking of now popping in so that they can do the work rather than my local dealership as I know they wouldn’t have done it that quickly and I would have had to pay, that’s the other thing when I asked how much the Tec just said there is no payment just have a great weekend, that was just lovely, means a great deal when you are treated in that way. The service at this place is terrible! They had my car for 8 days. Said that they had fixed the fault. But they hadn’t, so now I need to give back the car to them again. They are still charging me full price and they don’t seem very sorry about it. They never give me and answers for why it has happened. And they don’t seem to care that much. They are being very unprofessional and they charge lots of money! They don’t reply to any emails. They always spell my name wrong, even though I have correct them about it. I can’t wait to sell my car and never go back to that place again!!
