Every staff member that I encountered on my visit today went above and beyond. They are all dedicated, friendly, and professional. Dr. Sharma took his time when explaining my testing results and making sure I understood his recommendations and instructions. Christina was exceptionally patient and helpful.

On August 21st, 2021 between 7pm and 8pm ET, my wife and I were hoping to find a new pair of frames to complement my new style and look at work until we were bombarded by a staff member who was rude, inappropriate, and condescending resulting in an off-putting interaction that lost the store at least $600+ of revenue that day, which only accounts for our interaction (assuming others were not met with the same off-putting service).We walked to the back of the store to try on some of the elegant Tom Ford frames. In this scenario, we are typically approached by sales representatives who ask if we need assistance or help to find something, however, this time we were asked, are you here to buy? in a tone that was nothing short but Cynical. We were lost for words at this question, but our initial facial expressions were with visible shock, especially considering the lovely service we received at a competitor which sits nearly next door to this Lenscrafters store.We were in fact in the store to buy and ready to purchase if our needs were met (service and product), however, this interaction turned us off to spend our hard-earned money in a place where we were receiving lackluster service and disrespect. Though, whether we are here to buy or not should not be a matter of importance, at least not initially. If we were already intending to buy, then all the better. If we were not intending to buy, then the sales reps interaction should have been warm and convincing enough to sway us to buy. For the rest of our experience, we felt a disconcerting sentiment which caused us to leave the store empty-handed. This poor interaction has caused this to likely be our first and last time visiting LensCrafters, and we will seek to bring our business to competitors for the foreseeable future, however, we sincerely hope that no one else has to receive the pitiful service that we did.

I walked into lens crafters to get my sunglasses readjusted for fit and had a great experience. Anna, greeted me warmly and she led me to a desk to get the sunglasses properly adjusted. She was very friendly and knew immediately what the problem was. After several adjustments, my sunglasses now fit much better! Thank you so much for your help!

I’m extremely saddened that LensCrafters do not carry contact lenses in store. My first instinct was to run to this location because I’ve been coming here for 6 years and I’m also disappointment the doctors office are closing earlier than they used to. In case of an emergency and immediate need of contact lenses do not even waste your time coming here like l did.Vision center at Walmart gave me a pair for free even though I’m not even a patient/customer of theirs.

Dr Sharma, who did my eyes exam, was fast and knowledgeable.The staff of the optical shop are also nice and helpful. I asked them to take a look when I tried on different glasses and they gave good feedbacks, which helped me pick the glasses.The store is clean and pretty well-organized.Btw, I picked Ray-Ban and they also applied a 50% discount for the lens and later on a $50 coupon, which saved quite a lot of money!

I don’t know why they have such a low score! Totally unfair!!!!This is my 5th Prescription glasses from them (in the last 8 years) and their service remains excellent as always! From eye exam to getting my own pair of glasses on the same day (from 3pm to 6pm).Great selection and amazing customer service!Thank you!!!

Highly disappointed, I dont know how seriously LensCrafters take their customer feedback, but I would never recommend or come to LensCrafters again based on my experience.- There isnt a great variety of frames as compared to other similar big stores- The frame I received is of poor quality, didnt fit me well and keeps slipping down even after they tried to fit it. all this after the fact that the frame was customized based on my face according to them.- The lenses didnt have the blue light filter even after I ordered it- Lens quality is poor- it is a dust magnetLenses are 1.67 high index but are much thicker than the one I already am wearing. The one I am already wearing are of the same power and are also high index 1.67 from another store but almost half the thickness.My $200 lenses have the same features (all coatings and blue light filter) and are much better than the ones I got from LensCrafters when I paid double the amount -$400+I wish I could get my money back for the pain I went through.

I had the worst customer service experience at this shop!! The staff person was at first attentive and helping me select a few frames. She left me and went to work with another customer who came in after me. After a few minutes, I inquired if she would be assisting me and she replied NO, Sorry, I am not helping you WTF>>>>>>I will take my cash elsewhere

I had a great experience with the team at the Cambridgeside Galleria. My lenses werent ordered correctly, but Kristina the manager quickly resolved the issue and had the new glasses ordered in less than a week. They were always attentive when I walked in and very easy to work with. I love the selection of Ray Bans. Thank you!

I’ve been going to LensCrafters for about 4 years now and have never had such poor customer service as i had today. I simply called in to ask for my prescription and other information and the arragant man that answered was extremely rude! He kept cutting me off and laughing with his responses not professional one bit. He kept replying “ I don’t know what to tell you”. I’ve been in customer service myself for about 10 years and that is not how you handle any situation. I will be taking my business else where and i will be passing this experience with everyone i have recommended as well.

Ordered a pair of glasses (Nov 2017) and it has taken more than a month to receive them, as a matter of fact - Im still waiting for them (Jan 2018!l).So-so customer service. I am the one that calls the store, they dont even have the courtesy to call and keep me updated... very disappointed..

I called to see if I could purchase a new pair of frames and pop in my lenses, since I had broken my old pair. Was told no problem, come on down. When I got there a gentleman found the exact same frames and was about to ring me up before another gentleman interrupted and they could not sell me the frames because my lenses were over a year old. He was rude, dismissive, and not helpful. He did not know who could have possibly told me it was fine to purchase lenses over the phone, and seemed unphased that this was news to the first gentleman who helped me. His condescending attitude was over the top. I wish I read the other negative reviews before I came down.

Let me tell you about lazy. The website will not make high index lenses for a frame they have, but the store can, so customer service told me to visit the store. Ok, great. So I called this store to schedule an appointment, but they told me they did not have the frames in stock. Ok, but they are on stock on the website? Well, they told me I would have to order the frames myself, then come in to get the lenses fitted. So they couldnt even get the frames that LensCrafter not only sells but even has in supply! WHAT!? THIS IS A THREEHUNDRED DOLLAR PAIR OF GLASSES AND SEVENHUNDRED DOLLAR LENSES, you cannot get them together for me? I see youre at 2.4 stars. Here, have another ONE.

Horrible customer service.I purchased prescribed lens for my shades here and paid $370+tax for Rayban-logo printed, polarized mirror lens only to find out ink on the lens is not perfectly printed. The shop associate told me the inker machine was not working and I should come back in about a week to have my lenses reprinted, but havent got the response for a month. I called to check if the inker machine was fixed, but they still havent fixed it yet and just suggest I should go to another store.IT WAS A TOTAL FRUSTRATION AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE AT ALL.

When i was in high school my parents spent more than $600 for two overpriced pair of glasses. $600! Pus exams at this store. What they gave me was a thick lens with cheap plastic frames they buy for probably 50 cents each. When it broke the tall slick haired GQ guy in the back said warranty doesnt cover this doesnt cover that with that smug look on his face pretty much saying thats too bad kid.These guys and Luxxotica make should be hit with a suit for monopolyzing the glasses market. Rip off!

We just came to order glasses and were told by Caroline to come back in four hours just to be told that our order was never processed. This is the worst place to do business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They only thing they offer for their mistake was an apology. This the worst lens crasfters Ive ever visited. Dont come here.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽THEIR GLASSES CUTTER MACHINE SUCKS, must be broken, the lents has small cracks all around the corner, i went back to fix, they open it up and sent me back with even a bigger new crack, i went back the follow week they was very rude, mean, i felt horrified how rude some one could be considering how nice the same person was to sell it to me .THEIR STUFF ARE TERRIBLE . special a black woman who should learn how to treat their customers, i dont think she is even qualified for that position, i was besically humiliate, never been treat like that before, I hate to write bad reviews, but SERIOUSLY :IF YOU CAN GO TO OTHER STORE, PLS DO, OR YOU CAN BE THE NEXT ONE HAVING ALL THE HEADACHE I AM HAVING 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤢😡

They cant replace a tiny fraction on the plastic cover of glasses, because they dont support such frame of glasses. The insurance doesnt work for an eye exam there, but apparently it works everywhere else.
