I love them fried.I am originally from Cambridge, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Living in the desert, as I do now, its been years since Ive been able to enjoy a plate of fried oysters. The oysters were delicious! I ate a half pint myself. The first batch I ate standing at the kitchen counter—bachelor-style. For the second batch I sat down at the table and relaxed.I froze part of the 2nd pint in small containers of the liquid so I could enjoy oysters several more times over the next month.
