Not only did the employee not understand when I asked for ejuice, but even when pointing right at one and describing the name on it, size, AND color he still didnt understand what one I was talking about. He the proceeded to charge me full price ($35 for 120 MLS) for what I soon found out was already open. When I finally saw another employee and complained, his solution was 2 dollars off. (Not even the tax amount) when he saw the look on my face his response was to act like he had done me all sorts of favors and I was taking advantage. Needless to say I could NOT get out of there fast enough (all the while the employee was still trying to justify his actions) 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oh, and I wouldnt set foot back in that ripoff artist den of scheisserie if I was promised free rimjobs and $10,000 everyday for life.

It a good place to buy pipes and cig but some of the employees are kinda slow

I’m not sure about the prices or the service, but the owner is awfully Disgusting!! Every single time I go to stores around his business he is hacking up in the most disgusting way possible. He is everywhere in front of the store including next to my car one time while I was waiting for laundry to dry just hacking up who knows what for 15 minutes I had to move my car. I hope he reads this so he can understand how really gross behavior he has in front of his establishment.

Dont like this place. Been in there twice since they opened and only for a very specific thing, which they not only didnt have, but made a huge deal when I asked if they could order. Of course, thats IF you can understand a word he says. As for his prices, well, expect to pay more than anywhere else.

Prices are higher ( by 5 dollars )then the 3 brothers and only reason i went there is because the juices were out of stock.

Ali (the shop owner) is such an unprofessional man! He has no idea about the products in his store he completely over charges for things and try’s to resell items that have been opened especially during this COVID. So watch out for this unprofessional, dirty shop owner!

Every time I come here the prices change and no prices are posted. sometimes the smaller version of the same product is more expensive than the larger one... sometimes things get more expensive when I get multiple of them... sometimes they dont even look at what Im pointing at when they tell me a price... and its always way more expensive than anywhere else I go for the same thing. maybe its just an expensive place, they have memorized the price and location of everything in the store, and are just bad at math; but it seems like they just make up a price, and I always feel like Im getting intentionally ripped off... an extra star for the benefit of the doubt

As a costumer we all have different needs this shop is fairly new so Im not mad that they dont get everything exactly right but there friendly people they do there job and there best to help you get what you want and need they do, do there best to help you. So please dont judge there place its clean and they have a variety of selections of glass peaces cigars and hey well if your a smoker check it out and see if you like anything. I love this shop, I shop here all the time.

They had what I needed

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I have walked in there and asked them for their opinion on a product and they gave their honest opinion even when it meant I didnt end up buying anything during that visit. They arent just trying to make a quick buck.

The store is well organized and filled with thousands for glassware, the shopkeepers are very helpful and talk to you like you were a friend where other shops have often a reserved and somewhat cold attitude. I go to the shop because its local and the policy of the store is to be for the people over the money.Overall its a great place for anyone who is new to smoking, and a great place to find everything you want on sale.

Second attempt at this store:They sold me a broken used grinder and refused to exchange or refund. It was in a box, so I did not notice till I got home. The screen was popped out on one side and there was clearly evidence of previous use. I have been using grinders for 16yrs. I know what grinder hash looks like. I am out $43 + gas and No usable grinder.Also, he charged me $14 for 2 small packs of hemp wick. Seems like he charged me for 3 compared to standard pricing.

Ali Is the guy behind the counter who is usually there and has an extensive knowledge of everything in his shop plus more. Friendly thoughtful and funny… I enjoy going there just to chat with him. He really does know his stuff!

This place tried to put $10 extra on my debt card. The young kid hitting his THC vape pen working the register put $37.86 into the charge card machine that you swipe your card on. My total was $24.99 plus tax which was $27.86 and he put $37.86 Into the machine and then tried to convince me it’s tax. I told them I really needed the charger or I would’ve gone somewhere else. This place is ripping people off so the kids behind the counter can afford fake Louis Vuitton. This place is trash.

They always try to upsell you and dont let you know the price of the uspsold item, I spent upwards of $30 on a banger when Discount Smoke in Placerville sells them for $12. Everything is marked up in price; a bowlpiece that is $9 at Smokers Dreams down the road costs $18 dollars here. The staff isnt very friendly and can be condescending. Their only plus side is they tend to carry (some variation of) what Im looking for.

I brought two vapes into elite today because both were broken and ali helped me fix both of them in like 10 minutes! i had to get a new coil but now i get to take two working vapes home and just paid $7 for the coil :-) i love elite thank you guys. best vape store in town for sure

They are extremely expensive on glass. First off they know nothing about it the guys there sold me a glass bomber and said it was quartz crystal. Then I went back to switch it out or get a refund and they would only give me more broken glass. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Stay away! They charge above list price! Alie knowingly sold me a discontinued Smok Brite 1 with a missing coil above list price!! Strung me along about ordering replacement coils that are no longer available! Bad Karma! Folsom Tobacco is the place to go.

This shop is discusting, i walked in the front door and one guy was cutting his toe nails on the table. They have cheap quailty products and will rip you off. any one that wants to check Elite smoke shop out i wouldnt recomend it. Id give them a 0 but google wont let me.

Absolutely horrible customer service and all prices set to gouge, the glassware can be found with up to 200% markup alongside Ecigs and tanks with a hefty markup. The kicker was when I tried to buy six feet of Kanthal wire for my RDA to tide me over until my $5.00 100 ft roll came in the mail, the clerk at the counter tried charging me over $40 dollars for six feet of wire. Thats not even in line with local prices as Folsom Vapor sells Kanthal for $1/ft. Bottom line, if youre looking to get ripped off go ahead and shop here.

These guys are absolute trash excluding one guy I interacted with, who was great. They also pad reviews... See that glowing review from Ad King? Sure...Here are the issues...The prices are absolutely gouging and the guys will straight up lie to your face to try and make a sale or upsale you. They are often very rude and bossy and honestly dont have a damned clue what they are talking about when it comes to ejuice. Most of the guys dont understand what a vg/pg ratio is and spout off random bullshit advice without understanding what they are saying. When you say you arent interested in a product because the price is too high and youd rather buy it online they call you a liar. Many of the ecig/vape related products are not authentic (verified by checking with the real companys verification sites) but are marketed as the real deal. Their 18650 batteries have substantial issues outputting 10A sustained but still charge 15 a pop for them. Advertised as 2500mah, but actually perform ~1500mah. Glass is priced sky high and is mostly chinese glass marked up 400%.They often and frequently laugh in the face of the law and sell tobacco to minors. Im surprised they havent been screwed for that, but itll happen soon enough... they are so brazen its an inevitability.They quote you a price on something and ring it up at a higher price (tack on like 30 to 90 cents on ech item) and just hope you cant do math or arent paying attention. Guys... I am observant. Maybe it was an accident and Im overreacting? Its happened on numerous occasions. Youve lost a possible stream of continued busiess because you are greedy and plain unethical.
