Words cannot express the exceptional service I received at Occasions House of Bridal! They helped me find the dress of my dreams! They had so much patience with assisting me with finding my perfect dress as well as for my bridesmaids and flower girl. I couldnt be any more pleased!

Very organized and pleasant! Both consultants were extremely helpful and encouraging during my dress selection process. I made it clear what I wanted in a dress, and these ladies made sure I left with nothing less than what I wanted. They are extremely reasonable, and put the customers needs first.I was able to book my appointment online (that’s a plus), and I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. Upon arriving to the shop I was greeted promptly and presently. The rest is history. Will definitely use them for formal wear in the future!

This was my second try at finding my dress. My first experience at another bouquet was not a good start. When I walked into Occasions House of Bridal, I felt calm and at ease. The ladies felt like my Aunts and like family. I found my dress and my overall experience was superb. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Even going back for my Groom.

The only good thing about this place is that the ladies were friendly, which is why they’re getting two stars instead of one.To start off, my friend had the hardest time getting in touch with them to make an appointment. She called once at noon, again at two, and no one picked up. When she finally got a hold of them, they said they would call her confirming the appointment and no call. They were already off to an unprofessional start.When we arrived, unsure if we even had an appointment, we waited by the front desk for five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I understand that it’s a smaller establishment, but they can at least say something like, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I gave five style numbers of all the morilee dresses I wanted to try on and the woman who helped us only pulled two of them and left my friend and I to search for dresses on our own; she didn’t bother asking my friend if she had styles in mind, which she did. The two that she pulled for me weren’t even the styles that I gave her. We were also disappointed that they did not have all the styles like they said they did over the phone. Nevertheless, we pulled some off the rack and tried some on since we drove 40 minutes. While we were trying on dresses, one of the women called out to see if we needed anything and another woman asked if I needed clips, since all the dresses were only one size, but that was the extent of the help we got.All in all, we drove a total of 80 minutes for a disappointing 20 minute appointment. I understand that some might think helping brides is more of a priority than helping bridesmaids, but the least they could have done is told the truth about having all the styles of dresses we were looking at.

So initially I had a bad experience with occasions but not only did the owner respond to my review She also reached out and called to explain why. And I can definitely understand a lil better now. I will be going to visit her shop soon.

The lovely ladies here help me find my wedding dress quickly. They were professional and easy to work with I recommend them to anyone In search of a dress any special occasion.

Just left Occassions for a bridal appointment with my mother and grandmother and it was a beautiful experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They have really nice dresses as well.
