Well it wasnt the best i informed them that i got paid on the 3rd and wpuld pay on that date and still got harassed every month. Also when we moved out onto our new home we found dead mice in a few of our boxes and mouse droppings all over our things. So i think you guys might wanna look into that.

The huge exit door to the indoor storage units has been broken for several weeks, at least for the last 3 months Ive been coming. Its very difficult to get in and out. Whats supposed to be a smooth one way traffic has become a two-way nightmare. Safety is a major concern. Its no wonder I see so many huge dent marks on the walls where cars have crashed into.  When I called to politely ask when they eere going to fix the door, I received a very unprofessional response from the manager who had an attitude. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. How many doors are broken at this facility? Major red flag & a huge concern. I was calling with a legitimate conern & her rudeness was uncalled for. Safety is obviously not a priority at this facility nor is respect. They choose to ignore the well-being of their customers & continuously inconvenience them.

Great customer service...clean, safe facilities...easy access...and great access hours. I have always stored items at this location/CubeSmart over the years and will aways do so when the need to store items arises.

We had no problems with anything while renting there. The place was clean and quiet and secure.

From the start of searching for the right size, location and accessibility of my unit to the extremely friendly and professional staff. I have no complaints.

I forgot to pay my storage fee and when I came in today, Donnell and Latisha was very helpful with getting me back in to my unit. Greeted me and made me feel like home, even though I was the one that owed the company. Will stay here for a while.

For the most part, we are very pleased with all the interactions we have had with the staff at this CubeSmart location. They are all polite, courteous and patient. Additionally, we would like to offer extra kudos to Kerwin. On more than one occasion he done more than required. One time our moving truck was parked about 70 feet away from our unit and he noticed us unloading it without using a cart. It was obviously going to be long and arduous task for us. Without saying anything to us, he walked all the way to where the carts are stored (which was several hundred yards away) and then walked all the way back to us with a cart. He has a great personality, is always friendly and always informative and professional.

I had a wonderful experience renting at the CubeSmart in Camp Springs, MD. The storage facility took great care of my possessions and the staff really went the extra mile to help me in my moving situation. Case in point, when I discovered a scratch on the side of my rental vehicle, the store manager personally helped us to remove it. She carefully scrubbed the outside of my truck to make sure that the stain was gone. I have never seen such professionalism and respect for someone else’s possessions in my life. I would highly recommend this place to all my close friends and family! Amazing staff! Great place!

Tracee and the young man were personable, efficient, knowledgable, helpful, and professional. Tracee was patient with me during the selection process for the unit. When I returned, close to the end of her work shift, she did not rush me, she listened to my concern and answered my questions. Tracee even drove me back inside to the storage units so I could change the unit size. Tracee did this, continuing to smile, as we finished up. The site is very clean and smells fresh. I am confident that my positive first impressions and my future experiences, with this location in Clinton, MD, will continue.

Todays experience at CubeSmart was exceptional. I reserved a storage space one week prior to move in with Ross who gave me a tour of the facility. When I arrived on my move in day I was greeted by KY Jones who provided a second walk through the facility to ensure that I was satisfied with the storage unit. I am a satisfied customer at the Camp Springs location. Both Ross and KY were patient and took the time to answer the various questions I asked. I had an excellent experience at this location. I reserved a unit online. When I went into the facility to purchase a lock, the staff was very personable and professional. This is the second time that I have used this location within the last seven years. Although I don’t plan to relocate again, I would definitely use this facility again if the need arose.

I have only used this location for about 3 weeks but they have been very nice and accommodating to me. The location appears clean, which is important to me. I will update my review if things change

By far the managers at this location have gone above and beyond for me. As a military member it’s already hard moving every few years. I reserved a unit prior to my published orders and realized I needed a smaller unit. Instead of making me accomplish the same paperwork they did a direct transfer. Which saved time and money. I Rented a Storage last Saturday to find out when I got there with my rented U-Haul, my access was denied. So I had to find a family member to store my things as in their living room for a week and return the truck. When I went back to inform them of the mistake they did and the wasted time and MONEY!!!! The manager stood there and didnt offer an apology or a discount. Now I have to rent a truck and reload AGAIN! WOW.. POOR SERVICE!

I have had a storage unit with Cubesmart for Years. I have a had all Climate controlled Units in the Inside. I never had any damages, bugs, or theft. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Management here was very rude when I asked for help with a simple issue, I was lied to and a business should not do that. Customer Service is everything when there are other Storage units all around and for much cheaper than their rates. The door also was halfway broken and was never fixed even though I asked. Will never do business with this company again.

I received the worst customer service experience ever. The first person I came in contact with was wonderful! Age left that store 2 days later and it was downhill from there. I reserved there truck for Sunday because my brother funeral was Saturday and they lady said thats fine. The next day (Saturday) she was no longer working at that location. A young lady named laprelle was the meanest most inconsiderate person I have encountered in my life. She refused to give me the truck because she said they dont lend the trucks out on Sunday even though that was my reservation date. She then said she dont even know where the key to the truck is because she is from another store. I called the store GM and he ignored my call and text because he dont work on weekends so Ill have to wait until Monday but my stuff had to be out of my apartment by the next Friday. I had to pay the movers to come out and I had no truck for them to use because laprelle gave me such a hard time. I asked her can she please contact the GM and he responded to her message. He let me take the truck but I lost it po n some hours needed and some of the movers had left needless to say I didnt get all my belongings out because the truck had to be back by 2:45 and I didnt get it until after noon and I was at the store at 11. By the way she mysteriously found the key but she never asked the manager where it was🤔, remember she told me she didnt know where the key was.
