My dad placed an order for Circuboost. On the date of his order one of the items was out of stock and would be in May 27th. He placed a call to customer service and was told his order was being prepared to ship It has been over a week since that call and the shipment has not been received. His name is James Rice from Tennessee. Should we be concerned?

Emailed asking for simple info about ingredients as Im vegan and avoid certain things. After 5 emails they still had not answered my simple questions about sourcing and would only emphasize natural and talk about other ingredients. No interest in the customer or their concerns. Not getting my money

I quit using Institute For Vibrant Living products because they was NO benefit. They continued billing my checking account for 12 months at $89 s pop. Each month they use a different company name and product name to bill my checking account, so the stop payments at the bank did not work. I finally had to close the account and start a new one – after they took about $2,000. When I shipped the products, unopened back to them, I had to pay shipping. They never reimbursed any costs of the products I sent back. Beware of this business, they are a scam.
