Melanie and Sean made our transition from out of state to AZ really simple. We could not arrive before the moving truck. They managed the arrival, unloading and securing part of the process for us. Very nice people. The storage area is clean, secure and well managed.

I dont visit a-1,but I do visit Frenchs RV Repair, who is in the same Complex,and they do great work on RVs!

Recommended RV storage facility. Very friendly, helpful staff. The site is clean, manicured, and well-lit. I especially like that the staff live on-site, know me and my coach, and treat me as if Im a family member. The rates are surprisingly affordable for covered RV storage, and the pads are level and clean. This is a really good storage facility that Im glad to have found.

Good storage facility, not a lot of trailers but got upgraded for no fee. Very nice people and very helpful.

Avoid. The people who work there are nice; however, the facilities are not worth the cost. The weaterstripping was missing/broken/insufficient on my expensive storage unit, so tons and tons of dust (even a huge locust) got into the unit. I dont mind the locust, but all of the fine dust got into my upholstered furniture, ruining it. I cant get it completely out again. I also had books and other items that were saturated with dust and basically ruined, too, or at least worth a fraction of what it was. What wasnt ruined permanently was a pain to deal with because it was so covered in this dirt/dust when I moved it. Im not happy at all.

Tried to rip me off. Was out of my unit before the 30 day notice Id given them, they asked if I would turn it over to them early. Asked if theyd pro-rate the remainder of the 30 days and told me no. So I kept the keys til 30 days were up!

Management is awesome!
