They called GE Monogram Expert to get an appt scheduled GE Monogram Expert called right away to schedule an appointment. They sent me a text 3 days prior to the appt to give a time frame. The time frame was from 2-5 pm. Kris H called at 1:50 to let me know he would arrive within 15 mins. He was very professional, spent time explaining the issue. I was very pleased with the service and the time he spent going over the issues with me.
