A new shop owner Alex is continuing the same level of customer service as previous owner. Alex and his team are very helpful, courteous and willing to do a great service at affordable price and within a reasonable time frame. This place is my car dropoff place for small tune-ups, oil changes. Also this place does smog check. One stop shop.Highly recommended.

Had to fix the flat fast, while my spare was loosing air. Called them to make sure they fix tires. They do. Got there. They looked at the tire and identified the leak. Offered to put a patch on top of the tire for $25 but warned me its not gonna work. I asked if they plan to take tire off the wheel. They said they dont do that. Took the car down the street to Cal Wheels. Was done in 20 min for $20. Not recommended to put it politely.

Great Service, the store manager advised I get new tires because they were cracking. So I did, I knew I would need tires but I did get a good deal on 4 new tires. Thank you

SCAM ARTISTS -Came in with a slow leak in my tire. I had marked the tire so they could easily see the screw stuck in the tread . I asked for the tire to be plugged . They said sure and moved my car to an open Bay without even looking at it. They brought the tie to me to show how they couldnt patch it. Which wasnt even what I asked for. Then said I better put the spare on because of the rain. I agreed and then after that was done I was told it would be $20 for their time!I was hoping to have found an honest local spot. Ill keep my business with Pacific tire outlet. BTW calderon right up bascom will plug your tire for $15.

This tire shop was purchased by Integrity Automotive Service a few months ago. Well, the only thing this place does right is spell the word automotive. The word integrity, however, should be totally erased from their company name. I asked them to fix the EGR valve and they started the process around 10:30 am. They promised to have it ready by 2:30. I arrived at 2:45 but car was not ready. It was still not ready at 3:15 but I was told just 10 minutes more. After charging me for the service, they surprised me at 4 PM (90 minutes late) by saying the new valve was defective. So I had to go home and wait. At 5 pm they called and said the fuel pump failed and needed to be replaced. FOR GODs sake. They screwed around so much with the electronics, they broke the fuel pump. That was another $450 but I had no choice but to pay it and they knew it. The next day at 2 PM it was ready. This place is the most incompetent, dishonest garage I have EVER dealt with and I will report them to the BBB. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a bolt stuck in my tire I needed to get to work and stop by this location they were super fast very professional and had excellent customer service.

Do not buy the warranty here for your tires they only cover free tire replacement for the 1st 12 months after that you pay for half price plus the warranty again wich is not worth it you are better off going to the Goodyear on Stevens Creek their warranty there is 3 year free replacement plus the customer service there is a lot better the customer service here at S&S Tires was some of the worst customer service Ive ever had special dealing with the guy all he did is argue and talked over me and not offer any kind of help unless I made an appointment for left my car there for a flat tire how do you make an appointment for a flat tire remind you not only that I was already at the other Goodyear for 2 hours geting an oil change and trying to get my tires fixed and they have great customer service there but I wanted to take it back to S&S where I got the original tires from.(very uncomfortable as a costumer experience)

Very dishonest and rude customer service experience at this place today - June 11th, 2016. Offered to perform free tire rotation if I paid for the higher grade oil change, which I agreed to only in case of the tire rotation as well. At the end they couldnt do the tire rotation due to them spotting a nail in one of the tires even though the deal was to work on my car only in case of the free tire rotation as well, otherwise they were not supposed to perform any type of service on my car without talking to me first. Instead they did the oil change without inspecting the tires first to make sure that the deal they sold can actually be granted.Both the store manager and the sales manager of this place were yelling at me without ever hearing my concerns through. Instead they were making their own interpretations of what my concerns were and demanding from me to still pay the fees for the higher priced oil change even though they were not supposed to provide any service unless the combo deal ( oil change along with the free tire rotation ) could be performed. Also the nail in the tire thing happened twice in a row: when I brought in my other car about 6 months ago with the tire pressure sign on - they also pointed out the nail in the tire which at the time I went ahead and replaced all four tires at this location. This time I still paid the fee for the higher oil change just to get out of this place as I couldnt take any longer my 67 year old mother, who was standing next to me, going through this madness. However, I took my business for the four tires replacement elsewhere to a professional business and never coming back to S & S Goodyear Tire and Auto Repair on Winchester blvd in Campbell again.

NEVER GO THERE - i BOUGHT A TIRE ON THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7TH 2013 AND GOT A FLAT ON SUNDAY NOVEMBER 10TH HAD TO CHANGE ON SIDE OF ROAD...BROUGHT IT BACK TO THEM MONDAY NOVEMBER 11TH AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK AT ON THE 12 I WENT IN AND SASHA SAYSSOMETHING PUNCTURED YOUR TIRE AND YOU DID NOT BUY THE INSURANCE THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DOGO TO BIG O - THEY WILL REPLACE FOR YOU THERE TIRE IF THIS HAPPENSREALLY BAD SERVICE AND BUSINESS

Dont bother going here if you value your time. They lie and could care less about customER service. I would give negative stars if I could.

Employees took cash for an oil change, made no record of it, and didnt put oil in car. Engine froze, and I have no records, so no recourse. Someone pocketed my cash. Very disreputable.
