Jayson at Carpeteria in Campbell, CA goes above and beyond for his customers. His customer service is outstanding! He is fair, friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with. The installers were ontime, fast and best of all, cleaned up after themselves. They truly did an incredible job. We love our new carpet. When we need more flooring, we will hire Jayson and his team again!

I was planning on installing hardwood and carpet in my house. I went to Carpeteria and requested a bid, Kris came to my house, she was very professional and very efficient. Two weeks later we have ordered material.The installers arrived they were very professional and very good working for two days.The installation went smooth.I love my floor and my carpet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Showroom is great. The prices only ok. Customer service is very bad. Carlos has not taken care of us. It took way too long to get the flooring. Even longer to get the molding a to finish the installation. We returned a molding because it was defective. We have been waiting for about two months for the replacement. I have called them about six times now. He always tells me that he thought it had already been picked up. I guess they dont keep records, or remember my phone number! Once they have your money, they care nothing of you. I will be buying elsewhere when we do the upstairs!

Carpet Eros Flooring is the place for the carpets and these are premium carpets. You will not get any basic carpets over there. The prices are higher compared to Lowe’s.

My wife and I had an extremely positive experience at the Carpeteria on East Hamilton in Campbell. The sales rep’s, Kris Zwier-Ciok, knowledge about carpet and flooring was by far the best in the area. We got several estimates and ended up coming back to her because we had the most confidence in her description of the product and the value. Kris came to our house and did the measurements.The installation was done by Leo, Ruby and Geraldo who showed up promptly in the morning and did a flawless job and were able to complete the installation in our 2400 sq ft house in one day. They answered all of our questions about the installation and installed it exactly as we asked.
