Scheduling a fix and maintenance was simple and easy online. The technician was the tech and was prompt and courteous. Took him all of 45 minutes to fix the 3rd car door that jumped off the carrier which I could reset but door setting was off and would not close all the way and also slammed into opener housing when opened. While he was there he performed maintenance on the large two car doors. That was a super solid service and definitely recommend.

I was installing my party decorations and left something leaned up against the railing for the garage door. The sensors didnt see it, since it was narrow and the door came down on it. I caught it before too much damage, but not before it caused the door to come off the railings and make it so I couldnt even close it. It was on a Saturday evening and they had just closed.
