This store has all the right vibes! Tina is so welcoming and helpful. Her energy is kind and loving. Its a small space so not a huge selection, but I suggest you talk to Tina about what you want. She receives several orders each day and she can special order and help you find exactly what you need. I will definitely shop here again!

I’ve been to many magick shops all over the US. Enchantations is, by far, the most amazing shop I’ve ever visited. Very calm, very alive. I watched Tina be so gracious and patient with customers. I loved the apothecary and got a wonderful oil that is really helping me. I’m so glad to have finally discovered an integrated Magick shop! Thank you!

This is the best metaphysical place to shop for your witchy supplies. Tina and Sabrina are very helpful, very awesome, and very good advice they both give on anything you ask them. Gemstones are high quality, loose herbs are really good, and the shop has pretty much has everything you need for your magickal supplies, workings, and journey.10/10 🖤

I want to give this place another chance. Its a different kind of metaphysical shop than I was expecting. To this layperson who is not a witch or who does not practice paganism, itd say its more of a magick supply store. I came hoping to browse their tarot card collection and crystals. The shop is small and didnt have many decks, and although the crystal collection is small, it was absolutely amazing. I wanted to ask so many questions!! Is magick real? Do spells work? Whats the significance of the altar in the back corner? (It looked very meaningful). The employee (maybe owner) was in a deep, thoughtful conversation with another customer and I did not want to intrude. The other customers seemed happy and excited to get what they were looking for. There was a nice community vibe here for sure. I will be back to look more closely at the jewelry, crystals, and to ask questions to quench my curiosity!

The store is fine but as a frequent customer( or even as a first time customer) you would expect some sort of respect and when I went their last night for my birthday the owner was very verbally aggressive raised their voice at me they come across as nice but are very rude I will not be coming back to this shore unfortunately

Stopped by just today to purchase a tarot deck and pendulum... it is a very nice little store and the staff was very welcoming. Would have loved to spend a bit more time and ask a few more questions but had to be at work. Looking forward to next visit.

Ive spent hours just browsing before finally finding the perfect item, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Though I HAVE bought plenty of things from Enchantations, and I love them all.The oils Matt has made for me in the apothecary have gotten me through so many trials. And Sabrina and Tinas wisdom and kindness have honestly changed my life and outlook. I highly recommend stopping by!

When I was told by a fellow pagan that there was a metaphysical store in San Jose, I thought she was yanking my chain. First off, as a Wiccan who is very sensitive to energy, there is only good vibes here. The owners are a married couple, and though Ive only met one, I can tell she is as awesome as her partner.They have an interesting reward system that makes me a customer for life. Plus my friend bought a ring from here, and it broke. Without even bringing it up, the owner asked where was her ring. She told her it broke, and without even a pause, she told her to go grab another on the house. Thats beyond customer service.Personally, I come from the path of kahuna kupua, or Hawaiian Shamanism. I asked the owner if she had any koa wood, which is sacred to me. It is an ancient symbol of wisdom and strength. She said no which I wasnt surprised; I knew that if I wanted to see it again, I would have to go back to the islands.Next month, with Imbolc coming up, I returned to grab some supplies for a small ritual. She went out of her way and ordered a piece of koa wood for me. I literally cried when I left the store. This act of kindness is beyond anything Ive seen in California so far. I highly recommend going here, whether if you are a veteran witch looking for supplies, or just interested and want to learn, this is the place to go in Santa Clara county.Word of warning though: Do Not go here right after payday. So many great products, I left buying around $90 worth of metaphysical stuff ^_^
