Nice store and Jisel is always so sweet and helpful.

Well its my go-to place when I cant find any but thing in a way of vans I should have started there originally picked up a nice pair of slip-on pros cheaper than the outlet mall. FYI the manager of the store told me that rack room shoes has bought out Broadway shoes so he said that the styles and availability will be increased greatly because of the buying power now that theyve acquired all of those new locations

Would have given a zero if I could. I have bought most of my shoes my entire life from this store and will never again. I purchased shoes that I wore two days and they tore my feet up. The lady refused to take them back and then totally ignored me when I was talking like I didnt exist. Absolutely rude people who do not deserve my business or any others from now on.

I had a fantastic customer service experience at this shoe store on Sunday, May 24th. The sales woman who checked me out was completely professional and went out of her way to help us. I will definitely return.

Store hours say 12-6 Easter Sunday and drive to store and sign on door says closed for Easter somebody needs to get there stuff straight and stop false advertising hours when they are closed and open this was a waste of my time I will take my business else where

Very friendly and helpful associates. They have a members discount. if you dont have one can sign up. It gives you so much off after so many purchases. Also have promotions at times for buying one pair get another 50% off.

Cluttered bad selection

Had a really good service experience here. The staff was super helpful and also allowed my mom to use the restroom even though it wasn’t technically public.

Best selection in town, especially for wide shoes that fit my daughter and Im clownfeet.

My shoe size was out of stock I have a size too big they said that none of there shoes would fit me, I sued them $777777 dollars for not having my shoe range then threatened to take me to jail not a good shoe store I’m mad

Almost never have what Im looking for. Not just for me, but also for all 3 of my children.

Went last night and saw a few pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase and wanted to see if they had one in a similar size for my kid and the old lady sales clerk looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. I assumed they we about to close since she was so rude but they didnt close for another hour. There were other customers in the store as well and the sales clerks went to hide smh. Poor management and lazy customer service.

Ordered shoes to be shipped it’s been 9 days still hasn’t been received. I was told FedEx had my package and they hadn’t received it Rack room only created a label, but never sent out my shoes that I was charged for!!!!

Worse customer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life . Since when are you not able to get an online order exchange at the store ?Wanda was rude to us and to her co worker Stacey . I will never go back to that store . I rather drive all the way to town center then go to this store again . Never taking my family to shop there either . Lost a customer forever
