Premier was wonderful up front - very attentive salesman, came out quickly to get us an estimate. When we had settled on what we wanted, we signed the estimate and sent them a large check. They took our money then didnt respond back to us for 3 months - we called and called, no proactive status updates along the way.During install, they cut half of a fence panel in half and it fell on multiple cars days after that section was supposed to be complete already. They did nothing to ensure the fence was stable after removing one of the posts. Now they are refusing to handle it - as any reputable company would, no questions asked. Instead they made excuses and indicated they would fight us back and they have every step of the way. Bottom line is the fence wouldnt have fallen if it wasnt for an action they took. When you remove half of a section of a fence and then dont show up for a few days - what do you expect?The fence looks great, but the install took about a month longer than anticipated. Three separate no-shows on days they said they would be there meant our building residents had to vacate the parking lot three days in a row for no reason. Its so disappointing, they fell short in so many ways. They were supposed to correct two other gate posts as part of the deal and just ignored that part. We didnt ask for additional money off - we asked for that to be done instead and they agreed to get the deal. Towards the end they strongly denied we ever had that conversation and put it on me like I was the idiot. They lost all trust after this happened.We also wanted to replace a gate but getting a quote on that was like pulling teeth. Weve asked for that quote numerous times and didnt get a response. 6 months later were still waiting. Just recently, we worked out a compromise that the posts would be done at cost if we give them their gate business. Then backtracked again insisting we pay for the gate without a resolution for the promised posts.Just when we thought we found a good company to get the job done end to end - they disappointed at just about every step along the way. The team worked very hard and they did a great job in the end but this company has some serious management and customer service issues they need to resolve and its cost us a lot of time & money dealing with them. They lost our trust and our future business. Buyer beware.Premier had many many chances to make it right. The VP of sales is literally the worst of them all. Stay far away.

Disappointingly horrendous company. Note that their BBB accreditation was revoked in 2018.The employees are nice, but internal communications and preparation are nonexistent. They will admit that theyve grown too fast and cant do the jobs theyve taken on. There is no respect for customers - they do not stand behind what they say. Expect to have people show up without notice, fail to appear when scheduled, unable to do any work because they dont have the correct equipment or personnel, not respond to messages and make excuses when they do. The sales and installations teams do not communicate.Be sure to get a detailed, written summary of the proposed product. Do not pay them the full amount until your project is completed. Theyre 20 WEEKS LATE AND COUNTING finishing a fairly traditional, small (about 35 yards) residential fence. Our money is long gone. At this stage, even if they made a formal apology, it wouldnt mean anything. If you want a completed fence, installed in a reasonable amount of time by professionals, without headaches and heartache, do not use Premier Fence.

This company installed the fence in an HOA that I manage.. I met with them in May for repairs to the fence. Due to Covid, all contractors are delayed and at the mercy of the availability of distributers. Premier has been great to deal with and apologetic for any delays that happened as a result of the pandemic. Furthermore, they have taken the extra step with their quality customer service to address our needs with the best cost saving practices. I would highly recommend Premier Fence and their team for your fencing needs!

Worst possible customer service!! Two gates-one new and one allegedly repaired- were both installed shoddily such that the new one hits the gate post and the repaired one scrapes the driveway asphalt. Multiple calls resulted in either no call backs or assurances that the work would be repaired on such and such a day including today. Then no one showed up and no explanatory call made.. Most times when I called I was told the person I needed to talk to was at a meeting and would call back. Never happened until I threatened social media action. In short this company should be avoided as they dont back up their work and dont respond to problems other than occasional lip service. Buyer beware.Follow up 9/26/2019, they came, apology from office, fixed the problem. Nothing like a little social media pressure. Upgraded rating to 2 stars.

Worked a 15 hr day at a local hospital. Commuting home one of your work trucks passed me aggressively and then gave me the finger. Dont think Id want your unstable employees at my home. Great representation and Class act!!!

Terrible service. I had to call multiple times to arrange a date for mailbox and post installation, which date was then ignored by the company. I called again, and mailbox and post installed the next day, but missing my address stenciling which is supposed to happen at company office before installation. I have called again and am unhappily awaiting a response that is at least adequate regarding the stenciling. Thank goodness all the company has is my deposit for this job. Premiere Fence can now unhappily wait for the balance due...

Woman that works there was very disrespectful towards my mother and I. Very rude and very quick to react if something doesnt go her way. Wouldnt reccomend this if you needed a huge job done. But would recommend this for their patio works
