Dan put in a new gas line for our grille. Can’t quite recall the other guys name (Ash, Aaron? :( ) but they did an excellent job teeing off the fireplace line and getting a buried line over to our patio. Even checked that it would work properly with the grill.Solid advice on options when the hot water heater goes. We have an odd one. Considering a tankless heater.They were pricey on another quote but this one was worth it.

I canceled three appointments to have room for the plumber to come do some work. The window of time in which they were supposed to do the work passed and I hadnt even received a text saying that they were on their way which they were supposed to send. They responded quickly when I sent a complaint message and said they werent even aware he was running behind. They asked if I still wanted him to come, but by that point, I didnt have time for him to come and I told them I was going to choose another company. There are too many other choices for plumbers than to risk this happening to you.

I called My Georgia Plumber after finding a leak in our pressure relief valve. With how busy everyone is these days, I expected to be booked at least a week or two out. I was pleasantly surprised when being told I could be fit in today. Trevor and Zach were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual and provided me a quote before any work was done, kindly explaining that they would try to make it as cost effective as possible when they saw my face calculating my finances in my head (plumbing isn’t and shouldn’t be cheap, that’s why people train for years doing what they do). The young man came to inspect a leak from my hot water tank to get authorization from my Warrenty company to do the work. He was on time, very polite and respectful and quite thorough with his inspection. I don’t know if the repair/replacement will be authorized but he let me know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.

They arrived or completely professional polite ask questions took a look at everything provided me with really good feedback on what next steps would be.Tuna filter of their own they were sent out on a Jacuzzi bath service call but they do not service jacuzzi baths my home warranty company messed up.I would definitely use these plumbers again they were very professional knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the worse company I have dealt with. My water heater failed and flooded my basement and garage. The Company was assigned by American Home Shield. A plumbing technician showed up at my home quickly the same day (Friday) after my initial call for emergency service. The plumbing technician quoted me a vague estimate which included a $196.88 fee for a Building Permit??? and told me since it was Friday he would not get approval from American Home Shield for the repairs until Monday. During the next week of six days I made 3 calls to My Georgia Plumber in an attempt to talk to someone to setup a time to get my Water Heater repaired. I talked to a lady who, on all 3 occasions told me that the scheduling boss/person would call me back, it never happen!!! After six days without hot water, I called and complained to American Home Shield. American Home Shield contacted the company and called me back told to check my email account (that was posted the day before), an out-of-pocket estimate to replace my water heater For $1,102.78 - $1,036.39 (including the mysterious Building Permit of $196.88) WOW!! I had to approve this email estimate online. It made no mention when the repairs could start. Since I could not get the scheduling person to call me back, I decided to explore my options.I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AGAIN!!!! It appears their scheduling boss/person will never call you back as promised, which delayed my water heater repair for approximately 6 days. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I contacted Assured Comfort Heating, Air and Plumbing, they made a appointment for the next day. They came out around 1pm gave me an estimate and and had my water heated and a water pressure valve installed at around 4pm that same day.

I paid an exorbitant amount for two leaks to be fixed—both of which are still leaking. I have sent five emails and called over and over for the past two weeks and have had no response. The phone system to leave a voicemail hangs up automatically. I have tried the contact form on the website and that did not work either. Also, when they pulled up, they parked their van partially on the neighbors yard which really upset her… I’m pretty sure I got scammed completely.

They took the time to explain the issue that we had. They had to cone back again for a second time, both visits were great. They came in the two hour frame and did the work very fast and clean. Great service!

I was very pleased with the work Santos did in my home. Not only did he install my new faucet quickly but also was able to move my gas line so that my stove can fit against the wall the same day! Just fantastic. Our plumbing issue was unique and difficult to diagnose; and it took several visits to get final resolution. However the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful of our situation. Their decision making about how to assess and resolve the issue was thoughtful and skillful. And once they did the repair, it was done in a timely manner and the clean up was excellent. In 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this group smash all expectations of what a plumbing team could and should be. We highly recommend this group!

My water heater quit producing hot water, they had it fixed in 30 minutes. Ive used them for a couple years now and have always been happy.

Their response time was excellent and the immediate issue was resolved. Mike (JR.) was professional, friendly and helped clear up some questions I had. He also wore covers on his shoes so as to not track up the house. Recommend highly.UPDATED REVIEW: Their service was needed once more to remove a old toilet and install a new one. Dan arrived exactly when expected with an assistant and they were finished in no time at all. I love the navigation tracking email to inform me of arrival time. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any vendor. They are a scam and its shocking that American Home Shield continues to use them as a service provider. I tried to get a simple leaky faucet fixed for over 7 weeks. To then be told it was not covered because it wasn’t normal wear and tear. How did the technician come to that conclusion by walking in my kitchen and leaving my home two minutes later? I’m assuming they are using the fact that they replaced my pressure regulator valve a few weeks prior as the excuse. Then, Im being told that I would need to pay them over $372 to replace to stems that cost $17 each at Home Depot. How coincidental. A new cross handle for $135? You mean the one that’s on Amazon for $33? They also gave me a quote to replace my outside water spicket for a very reasonable $589! Really? To replace a $15 part? Oh, but that also included adding a water shut off value to “get to code”. You mean the water cut off valve I have? The first tech at my house couldn’t find it but the tech on the second trip found it with no problem. Also be prepared to wait on hold when you call their office to then be disconnected after 15 minutes. This happened almost every time I called the office. And good luck getting the service manager Chris to call back. Over a two week time period I called three times to be told hell call you back as soon as he gets off another call. I never got a call back. The only time I was able to get him on the phone was when the tech called him while at my house and handed me his phone. This company makes Comcast look amazing.

This is a revision of my initial review. After receiving their quote to perform some work at my house, I was utterly blown away by the cost they proposed. It is SO far out of the norm that I couldn’t comprehend they would send it to me. I will not ever use this company again as I feel they will take advantage of loyal customers.Additionally, their response time when you call to make an appointment is unbelievably slow. They never answer the phone, put you on hold for an eternity and when the recording says leave a message for a callback, they do not call you back, at least in my experience.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way cording to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

The plumber seemed pretty knowledgeable and kindly explained the moisture spot my ceilings had. Anyhow, when I made appointment to come look at my problems, it supposed to be free estimate. The phone answered lady didnt tell me the estimate time charge and it was $147. I always for sure about to get free estimate more for trusty reason as well. He replayed the record of the conversation the lady who made appointment with me and I. I thought end of the our conversation, asked about the fee to come look at it for free, but didnt hear last conversation. He seemed pretty professional and kind, but that moment felt all his acting for money and couldnt trust him and the company. I was alone at my place started a little nervous so I gave him by a check. After he left, call the office that they should let me know the estimate charges head time and I wanted my money back.She said shell see what she can and Im waiting.

There was few issues at the beginning but they were well taken care of. I do want to say for $90.00 dollars commode each and three quantities they do charged a lot, I paid 1,441.23. They are overpriced. Overall experience at the end, I was very satisfied.

I am a local realtor who requested an appointment for my buyers on the day they closed on their home. My Georgia Plumber was very accommodating working around our closing time that day. The technician, James, provided advance notice of his arrival and came right on time. He was professional and explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Work was performed quickly and in a professional manner.

Had a mystery when hot water stopped yet cold water flowed as usual, in both my sink and husbands. We called Mt Georgia Plumber and they were great effective . James knew what it was within minutes and repaired in total in about thirty minutes. We have used My Georgia Plumber several times and never disappointed with their services and always on time!

$580 for them to come look and see where the water was coming from. I watched the guy cut a 6 by 6 hole in the ceiling ($125) and then he went a foot over and cut another 6 by 6 hole in the ceiling for another $125. He made $250 in 8.4 seconds and didnt mention any of this when he did it. After he cut the holes he realized the water was condensation in the AC vent and told us to call an AC man. Plopped a $580 bill on the floor and left. They claim cause its a saturday that the rates are much higher. $580! and nothing is fixed! And theres 2 holes im the ceiling!

After calling all the major plumbing companies (The ones advertised on radio and tv) in Atlanta, and learning they do not really have 24/7 emergency plumbers, I finally hit the jackpot with My Georgia Plumber!They stand by their service pledge, informed me of after hours charge (absolutely fair and fine) and were out within 2 hours and did an excellent job!!

Annual check-up of the entire plumbing system in our home. Part of our annual My GA Plumber maintenance program, this free inspection includes a free draining of sediment from our water heater and a check of water pressure. This is very good value. But for a routine toilet flapper replacement, I got better value by buying a new flapper online and installing it myself. For more complicated repairs I use My GA Plumber: they have proven to do a good job, and they give me reliable advice and service. I recommend them to my real estate clients.

I joined the Bulldog Whatever Plan, which comes with lots of nice benefits, including an initial free whole-house plumbing scan and a free water heater flush-out. I wouldve paid as much or more for those 2 things alone, than the price of the plan, which will net me other discounts and priority for service in the future. The technicians were really nice, professional, and answered all my questions. They handled 2 tiny issues during this inspection, and gave me a very positive report on the state of my plumbing. I used the company 3 times with a rental property prior to buying the plan for my own home - every experience was positive. Give them a try!

I requested a quotation through their website. It was easy to do, however I managed to mess it up and request the wrong date. They called me back quickly and we set an appointment. Text confirmations and updates came as needed. Easy experience. The plumber was knowledgeable and personable. I look forward to my quotation.

Robert Derrico and his assistant did a fantastic job - my favorite part was the frankness with which my questions were answered. There was no maybe we can repair it or lets try and fix it and see what happens to try and make me feel better - just honest and to the point about the state of the heater and what needed to be done. As a homeowner, I appreciate that my time (and especially my money) are respected enough to not try and place Band-Aids to kick the can down the road when an appliance is in actual disrepair/beyond a point of saving.The actual work looks phenomenal, I have a much better shutoff valve for my water heater, and instead of a rickety stand for a short version, a brand new tall/to-the-floor tank that I dont have to worry about falling should the stand become infirm.I cannot recommend this business enough!

We are very happy with the service My Georgia Plumber provided. Specifically:- the night before the appointment, they sent a text message giving us a 3 hour window for the appointment the next morning. (9 am to 12 pm.- at 9:08 am the next day, we received another text message with the name and picture of the plumber, and a link to a site with a real time ETA and tracking- Mike, the plumber, and his partner, arrived around 9:45. He was professional and courteous- After they installed the new water heater and removed the old one, Mike asked us to run water out of the pipes so he could check for leaks and other functioning- When all checked out, Mike explained the new water heater operation, and answered all our questions- Our water heater is in the garage. Mike and his partner left the area clean. One could not tell they were there except for the new water heater.Great service. Recommend them without hesitation.

Do not use this company. It is HWY robbery. For them to be here 10 mins to hook a toilet up is ludicrous. I will be Opting out of there email and will not be recommending this company. The guys that showed up were professional and they did there job. Overall don’t call them company.

There are so many questions this company could’ve asked me before dispatching a repairman to come to my home. Knowing the make of my faucet, I could’ve described the problem and they could’ve responded that there’s a manufacturers warranty and to contact them for a replacement and THEN once the part arrived someone could’ve come to my home to install it. Instead I came back early from a work trip in LA to find out this information — a complete waste of my time. It takes 5mins to be thorough. And an entire day to waste someone’s time. And not only that, he left the faucet in an un-useable condition. Prior to him coming I could at least use my faucet like normal, now it sprays all over the place smh.

These guys are the great, and the VIP program is worth every penny. They drained my water heater, which who knows when thats been done before. Its part of the VIP program (free). They also repaired my recently renovated shower where the contractors plumber put in a piece backward so all we could get was hot water out of it. Plus, the guys are just so nice! They explain everything thoroughly and make sure you dont have any more questions. I love how professional the office is too, in keeping you posted. We really like this company a lot!

I originally found this company thru my home warranty company for a prior plumbing issue. I had a great experience with them (which I find rare with companies that the home warranty company assigns). When I had some other plumbing issues come up, I put in a service request thru my home warranty. I was disappointed to be assigned a different company. When that company came out, I was immediately not impressed and was leery of their findings. So I chose to not use them to fix the issues they claimed I had. I decided to just call My Georgia Plumber directly and I am so glad I did. First of all, they answer the phone when you call. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day (they even called later to say they could come on the same day, but I wasnt going to be available). I received a text with a tracking link so I knew exactly when they would arrive. They introduced themselves upon arrival. They quickly assessed my issues, which ended up being minor (compared to the major assessment from the other company). They fixed my issues in a short amount of time. When paying, they explained what I wad signing for and what emails I may receive afterwards. I will not hesitate to use them for all future plumbing needs.
