I recently replaced my complete AC system!I had trouble with my 21 year old system and Steve with Highland Lakes was always there WITHIN THE HOUR when old system was down during the heat of the summer! I live in San Antonio and couldn’t get local companies to come out for 2-3 DAYS!I called Highland Lakes owner Steve to go ahead and replace the old unit with a much more energy efficient system! The price was very reasonable for the amount of time and work involved! Steve then called me the next day to answer any questions I might have and to confirm I was happy with the system! I’m not happy....I’M THRILLED WITH IT!Thanks Steve and Highland AC....I’m much easier to deal with when I’m cool in summer and warm in winter!!!!

Steve and his partner were very helpful in setting up a/c in a new bonus room for us, and his price was very fair and reasonable. Down side to prevent a fifth star would be that he had to make another trip because something didnt get set properly. That was no big deal though because it was fixed promptly and correctly.

Our appointment time was from 11 to 3. The technician showed up at around 7:00 pm. We did not receive any phone call from the company and we were stuck in the house the whole day. I had to call them and check the ETA. When the technician finally arrived. He did not check our unit upstairs. He just told us we needed Freon, that will be $ 45.00 and have a nice evening. He did not bother to check our unit to see if we needed to better clean it or any other servicing. Please dont blame your last customers because you got held up with your other customers. You still should treat all your customers with the same professional service and not a rush job. Especially if your ratings are so high.

I needed some AC work done to my home in Canyon Lake and when the scheduled service technician couldn’t make it out the owner, Steve, came and took care of my needs. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was very happy with their service and price.

They were excellent and very polite. Got our ac repaired same day. To the negative reviews we had a hard time finding some one to come same day he was a little later than hoped but when its hot they are busy and have alot of appointments that go longer than planned. We are just happy to be cool again.

My heater went out on an extremely cold night. I called Highland A/C and heat. Phone was answered gave a few ideas of what to do before he came to the house. Tried the ideas it didnt work called back and had a tech at the house to fix the issue...Yay we have HEAT... Thank you Highland for a quick response to getting my heater up and running ....Very Satisfied customer

They came to fix my ac, I informed that the fan was not blowing. The did not repair it and did not leave paperwork showing what repairs they did. The next week fan completely stopped. Spoke with Steve on Thursday morning, he said he would be back on Friday to repair, never showed. I called the office and Steve all day with no response. Without AC for 3 days now! Going into weekend and doubt if anyone will be out. That will 5 days without AC. This company is horrible. Do not use them.

This company was great! The came out on time, earlier than expected to be honest and found the issue and had our A/C back in service within minutes!!

My Ac wasnt cooling to the proper temp. The Service guy was knowledgeable and helped out.

Came out and serviced my ac in one day. Thx for quick response.

Would not recommend this company at all.

Worst Company in the world to buy a AC system through they DO NOTstand behind their products and will not do warranty work stay FAR away from Steve and his company
