These guys are good at what they do

I took my car to SLIX because of a badly dented front fender and deeply gouged rear fender. For a reasonable price, they made it look brand new. Maybe its not a big deal, but I was very impressed that they were able to match my unusual paint color so perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them.

Phenomenal job!

I called on a Thurs to ask about repairing scratches on my Nissan tailgate. I spoke with Shawn who advised he could start work the following Tue and have it finished by Fri. I came in Mon afternoon and received an estimate and left the tailgate for repair. Shawn stated he would call on Fri. At 4:00 pm on Fri I called to check in after not hearing from them. The individual answering the phone said he was not familiar with my tailgate and he would have someone call me back. Having not received a call by 4:45, I called again and spoke with a different person who put me on hold a few minutes, then asked my name again, and what work was I having done and said he would call back in a few minutes. Approx 5:15, Shawn calls back and apologized. They had not started work on my tailgate. Shawn stated he would have it ready Monday morning. I arrived at the shop about 9:45 and was unable to locate anyone. I found my tailgate on sawhorses and was inspecting it when an employee asked if that was mine. He advised me to go in the office and settle up, which I did, then returned to my truck to find the tailgate installed, but no employees around. I noticed the trim SV was improperly located, and an aftermarket metallic Army emblem also improperly located and not level. I found an employee who stated it would be new work to remove and replace the SV emblem, but the Army emblem would easily peel off. However after arriving home I discovered the Army emblem had been installed with very aggressive two sided glue strips. I got the emblem off, but not the glue strips. The tailgate looks worse than when I took it in.Not going back to Slix.Update.I received a call from Shaun asking what he could do to correct any issues I had. He was sincere and apologetic for the problems I mentioned. To be fair, the paint/repair of the tailgate was flawless. My issues were with customer service and the reinstallation of the trim. Thank you Shaun for contacting me. I appreciate it.

Just want to say excellent work, I was recommended to take my truck to SLIX’s. Met with Jeremy we discussed the scope of work and was provided a free quote for my vehicle. Slix’s did an outstanding job on my 2005 F150 that was destroyed from the hail storm we have a couple months ago. Jeremy completed the scope of work for the price quoted without any issues.
