I have been negotiating for a boat for over 2 months, When it came down to a agreed price with owner and broker. I was not given any instruction to how to proceed. I Put down payment of more than 10% .so I proceeded to right check and take a pic of check and send in escro which i have done before with a different broker which was acceptable, When I asked broker if this was fine he said yes, I than proceeded to acquire a person to do survey and another to survey the engines .Didnt here from broker tried contacting him several times and when he finally got a hold of me he wrote up agreement to purchase showing my deposit and total of boat which was fine, But he had put wrong date on the agreement to purchase by one month and closing date which was never agreed upon another date, I asked because covid situation could he extend it by one more week than he had on contract so I could make arrangements with surveyor and also I could get down to be there to see boat, again nothing herd from broker kept contacting him when he finally answered me he told me the owner wanted to close earlier. Again I explained because of covid situation and that I live in Canada it would take planning covid test, fly down rent car etc plus coordinating the surveyors .Again never herd from him, He finally contacted me He told me owner received higher offer and was going to sign that same night, I think I was treated badly and not professional at all, I was never contacted and my intent was sincere, So anybody dealing with this brokerage be very careful to get everything in writing and be very careful, They will screw you over very quickly, Absolutely NO CLASS OUR INTEGRITY Again giving industry a bad name.

Randy at Bond is awesome! He sold my boat quickly and was very prompt at returning calls. He did everything he said he would do! Nice job and than you Randy. I will be returning to them again to buy a boat.
