The lady was very rude to me when I asked about what volume to get for my levels. She said that she was in a bad mood today which is why she didnt want to take the extra few minutes to help me with my questions I had. She told me what volume and then she walked away. I work in costumer service so I understand being in a bad mood at work, but its hard for a young customer like me to come into a beauty store and be talked down to.One of the comments that was very rude in my eyes is when I was trying to crack a joke and tell her I do a lot of throwing color into my hair, she gave my hair a hard nasty look and told me she could tell. I understand that my hair does look like its been dyed a lot, but to make a comment like that to a customer was very rude.If you plan on going to Sallys, I advice you to do your own research so you dont have to waste the workers time.
Highly Disappointed in the service I received today! Highly!! I walked in today at 2:07 pm on 6/13/21 and asked the associate did they carry a particular item, she said and I’ll quote” ummmm, not that I see” with a smirk on her face. As I looked where she was looking, I said oh I see there here. No response, no eye contact, no apology. I left knowing she did not want me to shop there. No problem! I often come to buy items from sally as it is close to my work, but today, sadly never again!

Ladies were so helpful in helping go thru the various selections of hair and saved me time and frustration by guiding me to the Human Hair only I was looking for.Even with the world being upside down after i made my purchase I didnt feel rushed out and was able to look through the different lashes available.Capes Sallys is the best (of many) Sallys of been to.itCustomer Service is key opposed to being huge and they get 5 stars on that.

I can say that my trip here was unpleasant. I definitely won’t ever be spending a dime here. I’ve never been so uncomfortable at a Beauty supply place, of all places. The lady Sharon or Shannon (not sure) didn’t care to help at all. I must have been a nuisance to her.
Wow. These ladies really know what they are doing! Even went so far as to explain why I needed a 7na and not a 7n color. I will be back for sure.

Today is my first visit to sallys. I like it very much. The staff is very friendly, answer my every question patiently and help me compare prices and functions. The girl with yellow hair (sorry forgot to ask her name) I I like her very much. When she asked me if I should apply for a rewards member, I said yes without hesitation. I will be there a lot.:)
