Make sure to do all your research before buying from this place! We purchased 2 of the Bull Kayo 4 wheelers in July of 2021. One of them has been in the shop more often than its been ridden! The service manager Josh needs a lesson in customer service. He is condescending and talks down to his customers. He also proceeded to tell me he did my husband a favor by getting him an appointment the end of August instead of waiting until October. I think if you have that many of your products in your service center, that it takes that long for an appointment, obviously you are selling inferior products Or you need more qualified staff that are able to assemble the products. Once again...Please do your research before purchasing from Ochs Powersports.In response to your criticism, the weight limit for the units purchased. We were told, is 197 lbs. We are both well under that. Being that we are older, we didnt want anything more powerful and were told these were perfect for us. Rudeness is not always recorded!! The Rudeness was more in person and sometimes you get back what you deal out!!! You can be negative to the customer all you want in your reply, but it doesnt change the facts. You can put it together in one day for the sale, but couldnt service it for 30 days. Hmmmm.

Our salesman answered all questions and explain everything. Very good experience with no pressure.

DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They made my hard earned credit score drop 26 points after I told them exactly who I wanted to finance through. They ran it 4 different times in 1 day for no reason other then pure ignorance!! Because of that they have lost a sale and any future business from me!! Word of mouth goes a long way..

DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered 2 jet ski seats and they sent me the wrong ones (which happens). After trying to get someone to give me updates on what was happening, I had to contact BRP to get them involved with the situation. I finally received a call back from the manager a few hours after talking with BRP. All said and done it took 3 weeks for them to get me the seats I ordered. This issue was resolved but honestly not with one bit of urgency for their screw up at all. I personally will not be ordering anything from them again.

My Pontoon has been there for 4 months!Seems like the only time I can get them to work on it is when I call to complain. Learned a lesson on where not to go for boat repair!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone financing anything through these people. They have poor communication skills, will not return calls. They will run you’re credit many times without telling you and lower you’re credit score. And tell you you was a learning experience

Took my quad in for service... It had an oil leak.. Its been over a month and its still not fixed.. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from this company.. They are nice enough to talk to.. To many excuses, and the service takes way to long.. Worst experience Ive ever had ..

The parts guy went above and beyond. They didnt have the part I needed but I still appreciated the effort to find it.

Terribly ran business been waiting three weeks for a call back to find out if they will take back the parts that they ordered incorrectly. Took 9 phone calls and three trips there to get the wrong parts for a jet ski. It was a minor service spark plugs oil change. I called Mike Ochs several times with no call back.
