Awesome place to go shopping and each department had awesome sales going.

All products are $10 at the salon in JCPenneys come and get it before I take it all! Everyone here seems lovely and happy regardless of the world that we all have so again shame shame on all the bad people in the world. Smile.

JCPenneys is off the chain they have very good clothing with decent prices

JC Pennys is still chugging alon but losing their momentum since the shut downs. Good sale prices but theyve resorted to the buy one get one at whatever % off at that time. Bad customer service at this location but still good products. Overall an alright trip just miss the old school JCP !

Great deals/ savings if you can find your size in clothes or shoes. Good jewelry discounts as well.

This place is awesome!!!! Friendly helpful employees. I always hear them giving coworkers praise and support. The sales are unbelievable!! I purchased 3 real diamond necklaces original price $125 each, rewards customer special price $25. Then I had 2 gift certificates worth $5 each and a discount coupon I found on the JCP app. Final price: $17 and some change!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! My family will really be surprised for Christmas!

The main reason I go to JCP is for the Sephora inside. The workers there are friendly & helpful. As far as the actual department store, its ok. Clothes & housewares are nice and they seem to run a lot of sales.

Not as much inventory in stock as normal. But the associates we very awesome with their help!

Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had told about more discounts they were very helpful👍🙂

I love Jc penny! I have shopped there since I was a teenager. I have always, always been a faithful shopper and always found what I needed.

Lots of clothes on sale. Otherwise, the merchandise is bare. I wanted to look at some towels and they hardly had any selection.

I’m wondering if there is not a reason why JCPenneys is struggling to stay in business. It’s October and they hardly any fall/winter shoes out - the majority of the shoes on their shelves are sandals! Plus I’m a platinum member and have been shopping at this particular store for over 35 years and the customer service I received tonight from their MOD was far below par - they lost a $50.00 sale tonight over $2.50.

I got my haircut from my hair dresser. She did a great job. Her name is Tracie. Just wish it would been a little cheaper since I just got haircut. But was with a senior person . Though you guys could be very busy if you think of these ideas. Thank you and God Bless!

My mom and I went today and bought jewelries and clothes. The associate,that helped us find the jewelries we want, is so nice and very helpful! They have great deals right now for jewelries. We enjoyed shopping at JCPenney 😊

Its like the shelves and the walls were bare nothing was in stock or your discontinued yet you have all these coupons and offers but they dont work on anything bet you want theres so many confusing details that the coupon doesnt take or wont take or will and the customer service is horrible when it comes to that or even helping you online if youre standing there in front of them in the store I would only give it half a star or none but I had to to put this post this is the worst Ive seen a JCPenney store in my life I have went downhill so bad its unbelievable

JC Penney at the West Park mall is always nice, always well-stocked and clean. Its a little sad seeing how much less business malls are getting today, but I suppose the silver lining for the shopper is that you can get in easily and still enjoy the same quality products and sales without fighting the crowds like we used to.

Nice clean store with good prices

They about locked me in the store, because they were closing early. Besides that, I really like the selection of clothes (all name brand, too) and theres a whole section for kids. Although most of the products are expensive, the bright colors and fragrances make this place worthwhile. I would recommend the clearance racks, because the clothes are cheap, and a lot of them are cute, too!

I buy a majority of my clothes here. Always try to hit the sales. Arizona jeans seem to fit me better than other brands. Ive gotten numerous tennis shoes and boots there also and always satisfied with the quality of there products.

They have a good return policy. Nice workers.

Got my glasses ordered at the optical center. Steve was very nice and even ordered to mail the glasses to me once they came in, so I wouldnt have to drive an hour one way to pick them up. Great service and I highly recommend them for glasses.

I want to let everyone know about the amazing experience we had when we went in to JCPennys. We went in looking for a suit for my father, and the associate Adam in the mens department was phenomenal in assisting us. Not only was he there to help in obtaining measurements but he also gave us suggestions on what would work well for shirts and suit arrangements. He was willing to stay with us and make sure we were taking care of and didnt just, let us figure it out or pretend to walk off and do other duties just to get away. He went above and beyond in his assisting manner for us. I would highly recommend if you ever need any help in the Mens department that you seek Adam out. We will be sure to visit him again.

I shopped today in womens clothing, jewelry, shoes, & cosmetics departments. Every dept associate treated me with respect and were happy to help me. The jewelry dept associate went well beyond helping me, she was so knowledgeable on the jewelry items, treated me as a highly valued customer & even found a coupon I didnt even know I was eligible for. Kudos to the associates today, especially the jewelry dept.

I was here once

I like the slip on tennis shoes that I bought made by tops. Only thing is I just happen to look down at them one day, after wearing only a couple of times, and noticed that the toes of the shoes did not match. One is rounded and the other comes to more of a point. That should not be especially when I paid $50 for them. I will be returning them. I hope that JCPenny has another in my size with the toes matching. I will be more observant next time buying any shoes.

I come here for my towes bedding makeup and than some. I love going here because you can find major deals for good quality items. At times it is really really busy but thats just a given when you go to a place like this. The service they have is very friendly and is always helpful when trying to find an item.

They are just civil. Some lady went over the top to be nice and it didnt feel genuine. Almost gave me a faint. I had three towels in my hand and she wanted to get me a cart. Lol. So its about buying more.😁 some spots were dusty and dingy. Bathroom needs huge update and more handicap spots. ??Why would you put a baby changing station in a handicap stall? All places tend to do that ??We are accepting less and less and thats what we will get. I did see good sales. Staff did what I asked. Park free. If you know what entrance you want? Then you can be quick. Thanks 😊

Just a return and it was fast and easy

I have always liked Pennys. Their clothes suit small children plus my grandchildren in their twenties, my children in their fifties,and we wont talk about my age. I have enjoyed the Alfred Dunner line for years.

Friday as my daughter and I was shopping at the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any help in the aisles and when checking out she was very friendly as well. As we were walking out another one thanked us for coming in. Best customer experience that I have ever had there. Great job!

I had to ask for help getting a box from an online order inside the store today to return and a young man graciously did so. He let me come in a restricted door to complete my return too. Thank you! I wish I caught his name.

This store has something for everyone in your family. I can always depend on this store to have my size in clothing and plenty in stock. I am pleased that I dont have to order something only to have to return it because it doesnt. I like to touch and try on my clothes.

Im handicapped and had to walk to the back of the store. Peyton was the associate at the Customer pick up area. After completing my transaction, she got a wheelchair and pushed me to the front.....she even offered to take me to my car, but I declined! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from her. In this day of fierce retail competition, its rare to have such an excellent person perform above and beyond her job requirement!!!Peyton will make a difference in her life tasks, because of this attitude and will make me a dedicated customer!

Found lots of cute clothes especially Liz Claiborne, St. Johns Bay, and a new one called Alyx. 40% off regular priced merchandise when you purchase $40 or more. Coupled with a reward and bonuses from previous purchases I saved big time! Love JC Penney!

Went for Christmas shopping, looking for jewelry. Place was pretty busy and they were handing out certificates for additional savings, 20, 30, 40% off. Unfortunately only 2 clerks for the entire jewelry counter, and they were very slow and ignored all who they we not directly involved with. I waited 40 minutes, and when people who were there before me started getting upset, that was it. The whole area was filled with people wanting products and not nearly enough staff to accommodate them...not even close. Spent my jewelry money elsewhere in the mall, had to wait there too, but was at least acknowledged and was told someone will be right with me. Poor staff training at Pennys and being ill prepared for the volume of customers cost them my purchase.

Hard to find sales people on the floor. No problem locating brand youre searching for after you go to cashier desk - they point and describe/explain, prefer not to be bothered.

JC Penneys is usually running some sort of sale. Its worth it if you can buy a returned item that is on sale. Its worth it because it usually results in a 50% discount off the already reduced price. Thats definitely worth knowing.

Im a little stingy on the stars this time. Although I think Pennys is a nice place to shop for clothing, bedding, ect.....they could keep the lines down a little better and not worry so much about whether or not I, or everyone else before me, am interested in a credit card so I can save on my purchase. On a good note the location I shop at in Cape Girardeau is always bright, clean, and friendly.
