Purchased a grinder and electric tree trimmer lawmmower jack. Minimal staff available. I usually find smart men in the store to answer my questions so I get the correct attachments, blades or tool for my job. Ive been satisfied with the tools i have purchased.

Theyve got some decent tools, not the greatest selection, good place to start your search though.

Dropped in for a return, was acknowledged right away by the cashier. I needed a 3/8 spark plug socket, she assisted me with that, she was very knowledgeable and nice. This particular cashier and I had a couple of laughs during my visit which made it quite memorable for me. I suppose she reminded me of my pregnant granddaughter whom I miss in FL. Store was clean and organized, a quick entry and exit which I prefer. Thanks H.F.

Decent tool prices. Beware however; that you get what you pay for, and a few of these tools (especially sale items) are for light duty uses at best. As long as you read packaging and reviews however you should be fine.

First time customer. While didnt browse inside store, did call ahead, had them pull an item, so just stopped by register, paid, and was on my way. Only negative would be their aggressiveness in pushing extended warranties on us! I immediately said not interested, and the clerk said I HAD TO LISTEN TO SALES PITCH.. I declined again, then clerk said, we have a cheaper warranty plan.. Just be prepared for a long sales pitch, not cool at all Harbor Freight..

Well stocked, good prices and good selection. Unfortunately the staff were not as warm as I am used to seeing at Harbor Freight locations.

Think I like this place too much

We had a coupon out of theyre paper, and with any purchase you got a tarp free. I found the workers to be very helpful

I have purchased many different types of tools from them over time and have not had one problem with them. I recommend them. The price for their tools is low and quality is high. The extended warranty that is offered cannot be beaten. Just take the tool back and receive a new one in its place.

As alwayd they have tons of merrchandice, at a great price. But simply put they have got to hire more help for the floor.

I would have given 5 stars, based on the really good deals you can get for tools and fixer up items. Unfortunately, not all of the people there think that women are as smart as men are when it comes to home-repair and tools. Nothing brings a less-than-perfect review like a condescending tone.
