I was told by Klein Tools to find a authorized distributor to claim my tool bag lifetime warranty. The salesman at Royal refused to spend the time to call Klein tools and told me since I did not buy my tool bag at this location there was nothing he or Royal could do to solve my warranty situation. I am a union electrician and have up till this day purchased many products at Royal and now they will no longer receive any of my business.
