I was in an accident Dec 1st of 2020. I was told by my insurance company to choose a repair body shop and given the positive feedback, I chose Absolute Body Shop.I must be the one who fell through the cracks or had the bad luck of the draw because I was very upset with the entire process. From the length of time it took. To the fact calling the number listed, was literally impossible to ever reach a human.After 12 weeks I got my car back and within hours of picking it up, I realized the power windows were not working, as well as other electrical issues.The car was brought back, and that was resolved.Not two days later I was driving and the engine lights came on, there was a terrible smell- and I was forced to pull over in the middle of nowhere.I was able to get roadside assistance, and upon them opening the hood they were blown away by what they found.The radiator hose was not only not attached, but a rubber cap had been put where it goes-Which is why the engine was overheating, and the bad smell.There was no fluid in either the reservoir, nor the coolant container.There were misc screws and bolts just loose and pressed into various slots as if - someone didnt know where they went and just shoved them in areas.The mechanic said I was very lucky because while it caused engine damage, it wasnt catastrophic. However, he did express that he felt that if I had this many issues after they had the car three months, this wasnt to be explained by working too quickly-and expressed that if he could see the issues just opening the hood, he wondered what he couldnt see.And explained the cost that might have occurred just due to not reattaching the radiator hose.Im a single mother, and a Nurse- I need to be able to rely on my car, and I feel no security after the work done on my car now.I of course tried to follow up and call the Body shop, but the number ending in 1919 after many rings, goes to a fax tone I believe.

I highly recommend Absolute Auto Body! Donnie is such a nice guy and this shop does high quality work without breaking the bank! We have had work done here twice and both times it was a great experience. If you need auto body work, I would definately say go see Donnie!

They got the job done by the time they promised. Reasonable rates and friendly staff including the owner. This is my 2nd time using them. If I need work done again, theyre my choice. Car looks like nothing happened.
