Tried to get my in-store pickup order and they had a tiny sign on their door that said “temporarily closed, please refer to our Marion location”. There was no notice to me that they did this and when I called the Marion location, they said there was nothing they could do and that they didn’t even know the Carbondale store was closed. I have 3 days (now 2) to get my order and there is no telling if they’ll be open tomorrow, or the following days. Utterly ridiculous. I contacted the corporate number and they will be in touch with management by investigating this location. I’m at least glad corporate cares.

The staff was very helpful. One of the employees, Gina, helped me immediately and provided knowledge to my inquiries. Would shop here again

I just spent over 20$ and they charge for a bag! Seriously??Its so small that it doesnt even deserve to be called bag.Besides that, the personal wasnt knowledgeable at all. I needed to know what strength of developer to use. She took the directions out to look. Obviously she couldnt find it and i was left with i guess a 20 would be ok. Not coming back

Their hours are posted on the website and on the door clearly state they open on Sundays at 11. I was there at 11:45 and the door is locked and no one answering the phone. We wont be back.

They temporarily closed for no reason! And let none of the customers know. I had to come up to the door to see their piece of paper taped to the door that said temporarily closed.
