Extremely poor customer service. Numerous email exchanges just to ask what happened with my order and why I hadn’t received the complete order. After the third email I was finally informed that the item I was waiting on was supposedly a “promo” item but I was never informed of this on any previous emails. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The staff made a mistake and gave me the incorrect book and then informed me that they had to send out for more books to fill my order. I had to order books from an alternate source but they refunded me and the manager was very pleasant.

I use them mainly because John A Logan bookstore is inside them and they are easy to locate.

I love that they have books for your classes but some books are overpriced. And some are cheaper than Amazon.Some clothes merch are expensive but its college stuff so I dont care. But good place to buy book when need it immediately

Some items here are really expensive, but some are cheaper than if you ordered them online. The employees were nice. They have a lot of variety here as well!
