They should have never asked me for this review, because giving reviews, as what they ask me to do. Here goes...This was my experience, and I will speak for myself. I am not encouraging anyone to actually act on it, but it needs to be known, IMHO,I will not go into detail, but I will get right to the point.Upon deciding to try Cricket, we had been promised the moon and the stars by them, and the sun on a silver platter!(No not really), but they assured us that we were going to be thrilled with their services, and would never look back to our previous provider.Naturally, we were committed to, at least a minimum of one month service, which was necessary to activate the new Cricket service.The nightmare began....Initially, were right in town, and nothing seemed problematic. There was no cause for suspicion, so we went on about our lives.In no time whatsoever the discovery began. Spotty reception is unacceptable, in terms of reliability, and consistency, but accountability, is key to success and ownership.We found ourselves in a situation where, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had no choice, and we immediately spent money we couldnt afford, to get solid Straight talk service back.If you are a person who never leaves your immediate area, you will probably be okay with Cricket. But for me to give this report, any where close to good, isnt even remotely possible.

Excellent service bought 2 phones very helpful

The employees here are very kind and helpful, but a lot of the sample phones are missing or not charged. They also dont have a lot of information on the specs. I ended up getting my phone at Best Buy, but switching over the SIM card and using Crickets unlimited plan, which is a good deal.

Ethan is great, he knows a lot about the product he sells, he spent alot of time with me to get me all set up with my phone....we need more people like Ethan- hard working, leadership, and knowledgeable.

The staff are so helpful and no matter how many times you have to go back they are there to help

Victor is the only one Ill deal with. Ive seen him tend to 2 customers AND answer the phone, without missing a beat. If I had a business Id hire him out from under Cricket in a heartbeat.
