The Cookies are great but We came in late in the evening Im assumingright before close. A lady comes from a little room to the right asks us if were ready to order. We try to figure out what we were wanting quickly. Another lady comes from the back goes into the little room and then yells did you put spray on the mirror? The one serving us said ( Yes I was cleaning before people came in)she fixes our cookies quickly. We pay. It just felt like she was in a hurry to get us out. The cookies are great even if they were squished together she was in a real hurry.

They were warm and they are cookies but nothing overly great about them. Dont get me wrong, they arent horrible, I was just expecting more flavor. I purchased the chocolate chip, macadamia nut, m&m... chocolate chip was the better of the three. Macademia nut left an after taste of coconut, Im not a fan of coconut.

Bit too pricy, but warm and cozy cookies if thats what you really need

Greatest Late night snack in Carbondale!Cookies are pre-baked and kept warm for a quick and easy selection. Prices are fair for what they provide. Also have milk and water available for purchase. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Has a decent rewards program for frequent buyers that gives 10 dollars for every 100 spent. Fantastic location for kids, clean and friendly store front. Staff is always smiling and ready to help!

I was recently there. I was to board the Amtrak train at 3:16am and I had time to spare. So I stopped at this cookie shop to order two cookies. I ordered the cookies and then the lady at the counter told me they are out of the one I wanted and it would take 20 minutes to bake. So I waited for about 7 minutes and then the woman tells me to wait outside as she has to do her cleaning task . She put me outside like I was some dog. Finally, the cookie was handed to me after waiting for 20 minutes and it wasnt even done. It felt like mush. I will never go back there ever again. Not to mention I am a black man and I felt some type of way when she put me out. Also, the cookies were disgusting and way too pricey.

Whats the point of saying that you deliver late if your store closes at 11 pm? Plus everything is way too expensive and the quality, although not bad, doesnt make up for the high prices.

Honey, let me tell you...These cookies are so damn good! Insomnia cookies are pricey but so worth the money. I always get the deluxe cookies and a pint of ice cream. The blueberry ice cream is so good! I always feel like such a pig after I stuff myself with 26.00 worth of cookies and ice cream but its so worth it! The cookies are served warm and are the perfect combination of hard and soft.

Excellent service, excellent cookies. On the menu it doesnt specify it but you can get a cookie sandwich with buttercream icing filling instead of ice cream.

We love the peanut butter chips cookies but the last 5 yes 5 times we went there we can never get the amount we want. They rarely ever have enough done to complete our order. If the demand is there I don’t know why they don’t have more cookies available to the customers without having to wait 25 minutes to bake more. You are going to loose good customers because you want to keep a dozen or less cookies baked. Makes me sad.

Cookies are definitely good, but very expensive. No real way to save money. Most promotional offers have a hidden “if” in there. Would it be cheaper for me to bake my own cookies? Yup. Am I going grocery shopping at 10 p.m. to do that? Nope.

Ive been a loyal customer for a few years. A couple weeks ago I was delivered chunky chocolate milk. It was disgusting. I called the store politely asking for a refund and was told I would need to email pictures of the chocolate milk to customer service. I did so begrudgingly and still did not get a refund. Their milk is expensive! They emailed me a coupon for a free cookie with any purchase that would expire just 2 weeks later. I dont order from them every 2 weeks! I just wanted a refund. All those hoops to jump through trying to get my $3 refunded and all I got was a lousy coupon I would need to use soon. Thats not okay. Their food is good but nothing I cant just get at a grocery store. Ive never been treated that way by a corporation and I was appalled. Theyve now lost a loyal customer which will lose them much more money than if they had just given me my dang refund. Not cool insomnia cookies. Not cool. Im done with them.

Pros: Cookies are great, and Im totally addicted.Cons: Delivery always takes forever, even on weeknights, and sometimes ordering is super buggy and doesnt work. Cant even order tonight because their card system is down. RIP me. :(

Great cookies, but stop having your delivery drivers park in the only parking spots right in front of the store. I like just running in and grabbing a cookie, but I only ever stop if theres parking near the door as its not worth my time to go out of the way especially if Im in a hurry. Just a suggestion.

Awful. This is the third time my fiancè and I have tried ordering cookies from this place. The first time, the cookies turned up cold and stale and were worth less than we paid. The second time took three hours with no excuse. Tonight we received a call after placing our order only to be told that we would have to wait 2-3 hours because there were only two workers and they had to work their freight delivery. So, we told them we wanted to cancel the order. Well, that led to an argument because the employee became defensive and wanted to mansplain business to my fiancè who is a freight worker! It ended in the employee hanging up. So sad.

Their cookies are so soft and moist. Their blueberry cheesecake ice cream is awesome
