Nice Hobby Lobby and nice hobby store in general. Founds some pens I thought I could only get online. Really good variety in items. Very helpful staff. Sad they got rid of the 40% off coupon. Wish they had cut it down to 20 or 30% instead of eliminating it all together because they can be a little pricey. The variety makes up for the prices many times. Not much local competition in the hobby world her in Carbondale. Good generic products like Woodpile and Masters Touch.

Lots of choices for any occasion or hobby. Love the early Christmas decorations because I always decorate early. I was disappointed that they didnt have more Halloween items. We love all the motion activated spooky stuff but they didnt have them.

We travel around the Tri-state a lot, and I really enjoy this Hobby Lobby over others. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 star instead of a full 5, they do tend to have less items in stock then a few other Hobby Lobbys in the area.

Good store, always a wait at checkout though morning or late afternoon. Self check out would be nice option.

Always a fun place to go. Changes often make it more interesting to find things but you can always ask someone. Great fun when yarn is on sale event other week. Good selection most of the time.

We love this store for country finds. We visited the other day and they didn’t have enough of something we needed so we asked them if they would call another store. For the first time in my life I go a reply laughing, “ You can call them.” Very rude! And Seriously, they want $15 an hour and won’t bother to pick up a phone 🤷‍♂️

I went to this Hobby Lobby for tie Dye. My friends and I are on a trip and we’d been to three different places before here, and were kind of bummed we couldn’t find anything. Mary and Mitchell were the first workers we’d found and asked about where the tie dye was. Mary and Mitchell not only helped us find the tie dye, but treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. My friends and I couldn’t figure out how to give a review on the app, but we did all we could to give Mary and Mitchell the best reviews we could.

It is always the same with long lines, long waits, poor customer service and disorganization. They are only benefited by being the only game in town if you want to see something in person as opposed to ordering on line.

While at HobbyLobby with some friends, we were in search of tie dye. We had explored most of the store and couldnt find it. Eventually we caved and decided to ask a worker for help. We asked employees Mary and Mitchell. They eagerly pointed us in the direction of the tie dye. We told them that it was mostly out when we were over there. Mary then pointed us to another possible location of dye as Mitchell went in to the back in search of some more dye kits. They showed us many different options all while holding a real conversation. Mitchell then came back with a variety of kits in which we could purchase. They were both incredibly eager and helpful. Neither left until they were sure we had obtained the tie dye we were in search of.

Great art supplies. Theres usually always a sale going on too. And you can find high-end stuff or clearance stuff, depending on what youre looking for.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was fast and friendly. The mens room was clean. The sales were epic as always.

As a cricut crafter, and as someone who always needs more vinyl, etc. This place is my go to store! On Thursday July 23rd, my daughter and I went to our favorite store, to get Armour etching cream. After an hour of shopping, we finally cashed out. The cashier was awesome. This was my first time using etching cream, and she was very informative. I love the deals in here, there are always a coupon, or a reduced price on products. I have never had a bad experience here. Please keep the nice employees!

We have no other art supply stores. Employees know nothing about art supplies and will lie rather than help look for an item. Theyre also just judgemental and rude but I guess thats what you get with christian stores.

I do a lot of miniature modeling and this store has basically all the basics for preparing your miniatures for painting. They carry Model Masters paint, but dont carry the more expensive acrylic model paint. Great place to also get modeling cement.

Nice selection, okay prices but they have coupons that make things a more reasonable price. Most of the employees are kind and helpful although they have some employees/managers that are extremely rude towards disabled individuals and find it funny to distract service dogs. If you cant handle discrimination I would not come here. If they werent the only craft store in the area with such a wide selection I wouldnt bother do to extremely bad customer service and sensitivity. No one should have to deal with being harassed because of a disability or a medical device.

Over priced items, they go to craft shows and take peoples ideas then have it made cheaply in China but wanna charge you the craft show prices.

Great store! Was there for ideas with my sister preparing for her up and coming nuptuals. Great sales on everything in the store from flowers to crafts and furniture accessories! Unique items to decorate the home and a wide variety of fabrics to choose from. I reupholstered my kitchen chairs there from the fabric section and they came out beautifully! Worth the visit.

Only store in our area to get certain craft supplies without having to order online.

I go in to Carbondale Hobby Lobby all the time and honestly the last several experiences have been a little rough, and the staff have definitely not been helpful. But tonight was different, there is a staff member there named Drew in the framing Department who was more than helpful he was awesome. So I decided to update my rating because he deserved 5 stars!

Hobby Lobby is the best source for craft supplies and decorative items for the home in our area. I highly respect this company for allowing its employees off on Sundays, unheard of these days in major retail chains, to have a chance to relax and worship with their families. Their selection is wide and of good quality, plus I adore the beautiful music thats always playing as I shop.
