Got my engagement ring here. The ladies were wonderful in helping my fiance and I design our own unique ring and it turned out perfect. The only bad thing was that one of the stones fell off the first day I was wearing it but they were very apologetic and immediately sent it in to get repaired.

In 2011, I got deployed to Iraq for six months before I could propose to my wife. So I called Kay Jewelers and talked with them about wedding and engagement rings and they were very helpful providing prices and pictures. Not only did they help me get what I wanted which was a Leo Diamond but they help me propose to my wife. The picture below is me proposing since I could not be there. They also decorated that area with flowers and a display of diamonds. My mom was behind the counter so I could propose.Kay Jewelers thank you for assisting me to propose to my wife when I was in hard spot.

The ladies in here are so sweet and so helpful! They understand what it takes to give amazing customer service and go the extra mile! I have had bad experiences with Kay Jewelers customer support online, the individuals on the other side are so informal it almost seems like someone is hacking them. But when in doubt, go inside and theyll always have what youre looking for whether its a new necklace, information on a warranty, or just a friendly conversation! This team is awesome!!!

I have been shopping at this store for years now. The employees are always helpful and nice. I was just there for my 6 month check-up on my jewelry and I was in and out very quickly and everyone was super nice. She told me about a big sale on Saturday and I am definitely going to be there! They have a large selection and the diamonds are gorgeous!

I would NEVER take any of my jewelry pieces back to any Kays location. After purchasing a gorgeous ring from this location, I was forced to bring it back to have stones replaced. After so many visits, I was supposed to be offered a new ring since it was covered under our warranty plan. I came back to find out that there were no records of my ring having stones replaced in that location at all. Note that I was in every 1-2 months.After getting a second opinion on my ring, I found out that the company that Kays sends the jewelry off to DESTROYED the prongs, bubbled the medal, and took away the rose gold that was in the ring itself. A $300 ring was going to be over $1,500 to fix. Absolutely furious!

Do NOT go to this Kays!!! Please dont!!!! I have never written a review before so that just tells you how bad this experience was.My fiance bought me a beautiful Kays ring from his store down in Jacksonville, Florida. Unfortunately, the center (and only) stone fell out. I am currently going to SIU so this Kays was the closest to me. I went there to get my ring repaired and they convinced me to just order a brand new ring instead of waiting the 10 weeks to send off my original band to get a new diamond put in. Well, a week or two went by and they NEVER called me to tell me my ring was in, I had to call, and call, and call! They misplaced my ring. When I finally got it, the ring was terrible! I was not happy. So they ordered another ring and the same thing, I had to call, and call, and call! The second ring that came in was worse!! So I waited until break to go to my NORMAL Kay Jewelers and explained my problem to them.Turns out, they had done all the paper work in the system wrong so there was NO TRACE OF ANYTHING THAT WAS DONE!! Nothing!!! I almost couldnt return and exchange my ring because of them!! Not only that but the employees I dealt with were super rude and acted like I did not matter.Please stay far, far away from this Kays! I have nothing bad to say about Kay Jewelers themselves, but do not go to this Carbondale location. Sketchy people!!!

Special ordered ring for my wife for Christmas on Dec.7. Was promised to be ready by Dec.22 it was not. It was then going to be overnighted to the store and be there by Christmas Eve. It was not. We call the 2 nd of Jan. And it was in. We go to pick it up and it is way too small and the stones are the wrong color. It was sent back and promised to be back on 11 Jan. We called on the 10 th and was told it would not be ready by the 11 th. We asked for a refund and got back all but 75 dollars. It would be mailed in check form by corporate. Mind you we paid cash. I am very disappointed in Kay jewelers and will never purchase from them again!

Kay Jewelers threw their customers under the bus when they turned all customers infomation over to genesisfs for payments.So many issues trying to deal with them.Also read some very bad reviews that payments were made and was not reflected on the bill. The worst part is Kay Jewelers dont care!!!🤨

Employees are rude. The girl that helped me. Sized my ring incorrect. So when i got it back it was to big. Then had to send it back again was still not correct. Went to another store they had put all my info in the computer incorrect what a mess wont be back to the carbondale store.

Does anyone answer the phone before I drive a hour for order?

3 employees working on saturday, need to drop something off for repair and I have been here for 30 minutes with at least one person in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Why spend thousands here if you get treated like trash when you come back?
