Pleasant experience. Cassie at the front desk is such an asset to the business. When we first spoke to her she told us not to worry she would take care of everything with the insurance company and there would be no cost to us. That is exactly what happened. She kept us updated when an issue arose and assured us the rental car company had been advised we would need the car an extra day. The garage did a good job on the bodywork that was done and before we left gave us explicit instructions on what not to do and what kinds of car wash we could take the car to. Would definitely recommend Fine Line.

Someone backed out of the garage door with drivers door open. I drove around all winter and spring with a door sprung open at the top. Finally, I made an appointment and took the car in for an estimate for repair. I came out with no estimate for repair and they gave my car a caropractic adjustment.. dont know what they did, but my door shuts perfectly! Thank you!!

I had my Honda CRV repaired there after some nut backed into his own trailer. They were extremely helpful getting me to the auto rental place and I was able to return the rental to Fine Line. Finished one day ahead of schedule.

The customer service was amazing!!! They had to deal with my insurance company several times & I did not have to handle any of it (which was awesome). They were always friendly and they clearly strive for true quality work. My vehicle looked brand new when I got it back and they fixed every issue it had body wise and mechanically. Lets be honest. No one wants to go to an auto body shop - that usually means something undesirable has happened. Well it happened to my wifes CR-V. Fine Line went way above and beyond with their work. The employees are super nice and courteous. The final result was outstanding - at a very fair price. I dont want to come back any time soon - but I assure you that I will be back if anything happens to any of my vehicles. These folks are wonderful!

It takes a certain business acumen to operate a company that deals with people facing poor situations. Having your vehicle damaged is stressful and can present a challenging situation in life. When the front end on my truck was destroyed, Fine Line didnt just fix the truck, but they took care of the customer, and thats the difference. They handled everything in the background between the insurance company and rental company. Even when there was a delay in parts from Toyota, they covered the cost of the rental when the coverage from my insurance company reached the limit. Everyone there, from Jake and Barry on down was exceedingly more kind than they needed to be and truly made me feel valued as a customer, especially when it felt like the odds were against me. I hope I never have to do business with them again, but should fates align against me, Ill be bringing back all my vehicles to Fine Line.

Highly recommend! They have fixed both of our vehicles due to deer damage and the paint match and work is spot on.

Just had a small issue that needed to be fixed for a safety inspection and Dan took care of the problem right away, and I was not charged for this minor fix. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

Did good work. Took a while to get in but they had a backlog. Hopefully dont need them again but will go back if I do.
