I am a long-term customer with fire stone, and have dealt with this particular store over the past 10 years. However, they only have one mechanic that is certified and it takes over a week to get a car in even if there’s an emergency. This is just bad customer service, and fire stone should look into how it is that they can be more responsive to their customers.

Could not help a stranded moterist due to corporate rules. Actually sent me to a locale place for service! As has been my experience over the years, Firestone Auto only wants easy work that a monkey can do and are not interested in helping people!

Want to thank Heather and the guys here who were able to help me get back in the road due to a flat tire and having my tire in stock gor my Jetta. They were very polite and respectful, i will be taking the 45 min drive back to them to have my other car inspected. Thank you again all of you.

Used to be good place until I recently went in for a tire patch. They did not tighten the lug nuts nearly enough & the tire almost came off a week later. Suddenly heard noise & checked, a 5 were lose! Manager has yet to call me back! Not happy!

These guys got me in right away when I was in major need of help. I wish I caught the gentlemans name, but l was so upset at myself to do so. He fixed my rim and snapped my hubcap back on and got me safely on my way. And all during a break from work! Thanks guys! I highly recommend them for any work or maintenance your vehicle may require.

Nice people but WAY overinflated the front tires!

Blew a tire, limped it to them, I was stranded downtown. They managed to work me in within 3 hours and gave me a good deal on four replacement tires.

Beware: I thought this was a decent place but I now know otherwise. I had my brakes and rotors done there in December 2019. I took my car back there today, May 2020, because it is shaking so bad on the highway when I have to slow down. As it turns out, five months later, my rotors are warped. They would not replace but they shaved down my rotors. There was no cost but this should not have happened and my opinion is they probably put in subpar rotors to begin with. I will not return there nor will I take my elderly parents car there as who know how many times they have been taken advantage of from this store. I am very disappointed with the company.

I was driving from North Carolina to Rhode Island and had a tire issue. I stopped in and they were able to squeeze me in and inspect my tire. As I was traveling with my dog on our first road trip they made me feel confident in my tires. My tire didnt need to be replaced and I was thankful for that. The staff was amazing,helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this Firestone!

I use the facility several times in the past years. This year I needed an inspection (failed) and I was told I needed a new rear bumper for my 06 Honda Ridgeline rye . They left me in a lurch searching for a replacement with no avail. I need this repaired before I get pulled over for being out of inspection. Also when they did my first fail inspection they did not tighten my lugs properly on my front driver side. It started to wobble with in a few days after

My husband needed a slow leak fixed that he couldnt find the source of himself. He was angry that every tire store he stopped at didnt have time to fix his tire and wanted him to make an appointment for later. One place couldnt fit him in until next week! Thankfully the gentlemen behind the counter was polite and able to get him right in so my husband calmed down. They were quick and thorough even considering they had a little difficulty finding the leak as well.

Awesome experience! I dropped in with no appointment right when they opened. They were super friendly and got me right in for a new battery. It took 40 minutes max and I was back on the road. I even received a rebate coupon for the new battery I purchased. Thank you!

It is very hard, to find good mechanics. But I think, I found the solution to my car problems. Very satisfied with the services and labor.

Car finished the same day, bill was close to the amount they had quoted. They were friendly. No complaints from us. Also it was very clean! Wed go back for sure.

Went in to get tires I bought put on my car. They quoted me a very decent price which is why I chose them. First off they have no parking lot and its a pain to get in there. Secondly they ended up charging me $20 more than the quoted price. The only redeeming quality of this place is the waiting area. Will not return and advise other people to shop around like I will be doing.

When you say youre going to call, you call. You dont leave it to me to guess when youve completed your work. When you give an estimate, at least try to make is somewhere in the ballpark. A difference of $300 is not acceptable. You must learn to properly communicate with your customers.Im 40 years old. I dont appreciate being referred to as my boy. Multiple experiences have resulted in repeated instances of condescension and lack of professionalism.

I went in for an inspection and oil change. They took care of some routine maintenance for a good price. After driving around I noticed that they broke one of the heat covers on the bottom of my car and I had to drive back to get them to fix it. They also forgot to reset my oil change sensor so my car was telling my I had low oil even though I just had it replaced. Two different problems that had me vist Firestone 2 extra times in one week. Overall very frustrating experience.

Other than a simple mix up with payment it was a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, very outgoing, eager to help and quality fast work. I will be returning here again.

The Firestone Auto Care Center in Carlisle, PA is the BEST car service facility in Central PA by far! Dwayne and his techs are thorough and make the customer (me) feel like they really want my business instead of just the standard car dealer attitude you get from those places. I have been taking my vehicles to this facility before they became Firestone and have always been fully satisfied with the work and customer service they provide! TRUST your car to this team of experts!

The manager and staff fit me in their schedule to plug my flat tire early on a busy Saturday. I was under a very tight schedule and they accommodated me right away and had my tire fixed in less than an hour. Thats great customer service!

Mechanics have a real attitude problem they need to get fixed. 2 different machanics on 2 different days. Very aggressive with my vehicle after you forgot to do your job. How about instead of getting an attitude, you see if something is wrong with the car. Only taking my vehicle here for the free lifetime alignment.

My wait was longer than I wanted but used the time for personal catching up. The part was needed to keep me safe so it was worth the wait. The service was exceptional, as always.

May 2nd we traveled from MA to Mechanicsburg, PA for our nieces wedding. By Friday evening we realized we had a brake issue with our F150. Sat. am I called the Carlise store, spoke to Rich. He was all booked up for the day, and not open again till Monday, but told us to come down and he would at least have his mechanic look at the brakes. He called us back before noon with a diagnosis, cost, and said he could get the repairs done that day! By 3pm they had replaced, a caliper, 2 rotors, and all 4 brakes.I provided credit card info, he left the truck in his lot and we picked it up after the wedding. Rich was excellent to work with, we so appreciate his extra efforts to get us back on the road so quickly!! Since we have a Firestone account, I always look for a store when were on the road and having problems, or simply need an oil change. Firestone has been a lifesaver to us!

Theyre about average on time wise. However, they keep you updated about the progress of your car. The parking is horrible though. It is on a corner lot, so there is not much they can do about it. Their staff are friendly. Even though theyre oiled and greased up, dont let that hinder your opinion about them. Theyre all very nice and professional.

Good work on the inspection. They told us the car would be ready in 10 minutes. We went there and sat for 45 minutes until car was ready.

Went in for 2 tires, they didnt have the right kind, so I got all 4 done with a different kind. By the time I got home (7 miles). The right back tire was smoking, I called in the manager said bring it back the next day. I did so but another guy said they were too busy to take a look at it when I got there, and said bring it back the next day. I told them id take it someehere else. Turns out the smoke was just brake dust being burnt off but they didnt have the right tires, it took them 2 hours, and they sent me away when I was told to come back. Overall awful experience wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Horrible experience I ever have fixing a small issue on my car. Go there only if you dont care wasting your time waiting. I dont recommend them even for enemies
