They refused to help me. Ive had my Volvo in the shop several times because my headlight keeps going out when I hit a bump. Volvo cant troubleshoot it because the light starts working every time I start the truck. Im here begging them to just look at the light real quick to see if they can troubleshoot it. 30 minutes tops. If they cant figure it out then thats fine. Ill even come back later for the repair to be done. I just need them to look at it while its inop because Volvo cant seem to figure it out when its working. Thanks for nothing Cumberland Volvo.

OMG❤ What can I say about this young lady, she REALLY took care of me today. 1st of all I have a KW and this is a Volvo SPECIFIC shop, but I was referred to them and so I took my truck to them. I came in with corroded harness wires (NO HEAD LIGHTS AT ALL) and loud leaking purge valve... Long story short I came in around 4:30ish pm and I was paid out and rolling at 9pm. Chelsea came out and hooked the computer up to the truck and 15min later Tyler the fabulous friendly mechanic came and got the truck... Not even a hour later the truck was diagnosed. Ive been driving 20yrs and Ive been a O/O going on 6yrs and this has been the best service by far💯❤❤❤ I will return 🙇🏿‍♀️

The entire staff cares about the quality of work. The work is done in a timely manor and the mechanics are knowledgeable. I will always bring my tractor to them to be repaired.

02/02/2021 around 1:30 PM, an extremely reckless van driver with license plate ZDN 4153 made a right turn out of an intersection while I was so close to the intersection and forced me to slam on my brake to avoid hitting the van

Great people, great service. Came in about 4:00pm and they pulled my truck in about 6:00pm and was out around 9:00pm. Everywhere else I called said they couldnt get to me for several days.

Knowleadgeable, thourough and efficient and has done my work in a timely manner on a few occasions and will return when I’m in the area and in need of repairs. If you have Verizon there is no signal or WiFi in the drivers lounge.

They are a Volvo dealer but unfortunately they don’t act like a dealer ( especially Service desk ) and they absolutely don’t have the knowledge of a Volvo dealer! Absolutely waste of time and money! Their parts are expensive, if you need parts go to Transedge Volvo in Allentown!

This actually deserves NO stars. I had negotiated with Edward Kent and he told me he was going to sell me the truck. He basically lead me on. I had already put the insurance on the truck and bought 2 tickets from Florida to Pennsylvania. He had given me all info in the morning, but then when I called him in the afternoon to tell him Im going to get the truck the next morning, he tells me he SOLD the truck! Horrible! I definitely do not recommend buying from this guy. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.

I recently got my truck serviced at Volvo in Montgomery, Alabama. My coolant filter vibrated loose. I went in and asked if a tech could come out & tighten it up for me. They said no that I would have to check in and wait in line for less than a minute of work. Then I asked if I could borrow or rent a filter wrench to tighten it myself only to be told they dont loan tools. I ended up just buying a wrench there and doing it myself. The $20 the techs wouldnt take from me for 30 seconds of work paid for the wrench and an important lesson. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Over a year ago Ive had bad experience with this place. My truck had only 20K miles and wheel seal was licking. I came to the place on Thursday. They told me that the problem is actually with the whole assembly and they will get it by Monday. I was surprised and told them to put everything back. They said if they do it my warranty will expire. I decided to leave the truck, rented a car and went home. I have Nextruq GPS in the truck and on Monday I saw my truck moving but no one called me. SO I decided to call them myself. They said they havent received parts yet. I asked the reason they drove the truck, they couldnt answer. Next day I went to check on the status of repair. The place is actually 200 mi from my home. The truck was outside with the fixed wheel. I checked GPS thinking that while I was driving to the shop they were fixing the wheel. But according to GPS truck hasnt moved since Monday meaning that it was already fixed when I called on Monday. I lied to customer service saying that I got a call that my truck is fixed and I can pick it up. He was surprised and asked other workers around if anyone called me. Then he said that yes, its done and I can pick it up. I said that no one actually called me. and told him the whole story how I found out that the truck is fixed. He replied that he just works there and doesnt make the decisions. I checked the whole assembly and it was THE SAME that I had before. They didnt even replaced the part. probably, never ordered and never received. SO, I had to go through the whole investigation to get my truck back from this shop. If I didnt have GPS I wouldnt even know that they tried driving a truck to check if the problem is fixed and how many days I would have to wait until they call me. I lost 5 days without earning money to replace wheel seal for $300.

They were able to take care of what I needed. Looked all over the place couldnt find what I needed but they had it. Thanks guys

Had my cell phone stolen at this place. Left company truck for repairs, when I got it back cellphone was gone. When I called to find out what happened with cellphone, they said they cant find out who did it. They suck... Be careful what you leave in your truck, you may not see it again.

I dont know why this place has so many stars guess i had bad luck... i had a broken glass they charged me 500 bucks called the menager he said he will call me back its been 3 months no answer. They put 3 hours of labor and 200 bucks for the glass a whole windshield costs 200 bucks with labor. Cant have a conv with the staff very rude and slow. I was watching a youtube guy changing a glass on a volvo took him 20 mins with explaning

Yes, when in need and Im in this area, definitely will be back, was treated with respect, got right in and they got it fixed and me back on the road where I didnt even miss a beat on my load, and still got extra time to rest, and that was for fixing my Def temp sensor, my surge tank and fixing my door handle, needed adjusted, and the price was right too,, great bunch of guys that work here, and they communicate too
