Have been coming to this UPS store for the last 2 years for shipping’s, returns and prints. Awesome service, always fast and pleasant experience overall! Highly recommend!

I went to drop off Amazon package for Retuns, Amazon already created Retuns label. This old guy is telling me I can not print label for you even tho I was ready to pay for label. He was not busy at all I was the only one in store. This guy did not wanted to be at work you can clearly tell. Extremely bad service by old guy, very rude unhelpful and I would not recommend anyone to go at this ups store.

Very poor management, they tried to steal your money. I printed 10 pages, and Scan 5 pages, they charge me 12 dollars. I used my flash card, and in the bill they charge me 6 dollars for the using of computer.Even though in the same day I printed 15 pages and scan 5 pages in North avenue branch of UPS and the charge me 5 dollars.I recommend you dont go to the Carol stream branch.

Hands down the best UPS store I ever been to and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.I needed something out last minute that couldn’t wait, I called them while driving stating my GPS was showing I was going next To get there at 7 knowing they closed at 7 and they were nice enough to say if I got there at 7, they would help me out.I showed up a few minutes after and they still let me in, we’re incredibly nice and helpful, and didn’t try to rush me out at all.Thank you again guys!

This is the best UPS store that I have ever been to. The staff is amazing. I almost always interact with Brett. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I once shipped a package to the Philippines and Brett helped me with it. Even when it had issues with delivery over in Manila, Brett contacted me and kept me updated on the package. I always stop here for dropping off my packages because it is always quick and easy.
I really like the staff at this UPS store. I have only used them to ship out packages, but they are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to mailing things there. Its a much more pleasant experience than visiting the local post office.
I just wanted to take the time and say that out of all the ups stores I have been to, I love this store and its staff! Its my local store and my print has been down and I needed to do my returns for amazon and they made the process super easy and got it taken care of! Even had my prepaid shipping labels that I emailed them all ready printed and ready to go!! Always a positive experience coming there!!
IF you want to save your money do go to this branch of UPS, worse branch I have ever seen whit unprofessional service.

Every time I go, the customer service is so awesome! The job gets done in a positive environment. Anything else is irrelevant.

TERRIBLE. I went in to print a school assignment and it was a magazine article format. The person helping me tried to figure it out but didnt have the training to do so. Then the store MANAGER asked me to wait (30 mins) for her to get to the store so she could help me. I waited, SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW EITHER. Waisted so much time and the manager guaranteed she could help me. Extremely disappointed in the manager and the training for this location.
Private owner... I shipped an item with insurance. I purchased packing materals and packed it there with their assistance. When the item arrived damaged it was a nightmare to resolve. My advice, buy insurance and packing label on line if possible. Oh, and dont use this location.
Very polite customer service, prompt print jobs and hassle-free dropoffs. Ive never had any trouble and even now that Ive moved near a different UPS location, I still come here because of the friendly atmosphere.
I have only used this location to drop off packages because UPS in store pricing is crazy so it was alright. Staff seems nice enough

Not only did they pack my item in the biggest box possible but they overcharged me for shipping. $66 UPS Ground to Arkansas?? Save yourself money...pack it yourself and go to the Post Office.
Worst UPS ever
I could not be more disappointed in my experience with this store. I needed to ship about $3,000 worth of tools and equipment to Alaska. After dropping off the box around lunch time, my trip was cancelled a few hours later. I called the store and asked them to not ship the package. They advised that it had already gone out. I asked for the process on stopping the shipment and they gave me a 1-800 number to call. When I spoke to someone at the UPS office they could not find the Tracking Number. They told me to call the store back and tell them to enter the package into the system. When I did, they provided zero assistance or willingness to help. The package ultimately make it to Louisville, KY before it got diverted. If they would have entered the Tracking Number the package could have been stopped in Chicagoland (this per UPS). It took my wife working through her sister who is a former UPS employee in Cincinnati to finally get the package turned around. The cost was more than $935 to ship the package, which seems excessive, and the store was unwilling to consider any type of discount based on the fact that the package was recalled and did not actually ship to Alaska. Absolutely terrible customer service! This on top of the fact that on two previous occasions I used their services and found their charges for packaging and shipping exorbitant.
