Called multiple times to see if my parts were ready for pick up and kept getting hung up on. I’m debating on canceling my order and going some place that cares enough to answer a phone call.

Ive met a lot of parts guys through the years and Lex De Leon is by far the best guy Ive dealt with. Really knows his stuff and very helpful. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you have the right part. He couldnt find a part I was looking for on the computer but still went to the back and found something that I could work with. Definitely a guy you want to deal with when youre looking for parts.

Same old guy that’s been working there forever. Wouldn’t just answer my quiestion and be nice, had to sit and tell me how I couldn’t strip and buff my a beater pickup truck when it’s something I’ve down when I was ten. I was just looking for items. Wasn’t asking for his opinion.

Called and asked an innocent question and the manager just about took my head off. Used bad Language.

Only place I could find that had window regulators and motors within an hour of me. They had the part and the best price. Called ahead and drive down to pick it up. Saved me a lot of time and money.

Worst experience get there at 730 am guy was giving me an attitude from the begining.. showed they had parts online and was still telling me they didnt have the parts.. unbelievable. Went to autozone next door and they were friendly..
