First I had great service, unfortunately I found out they made me pay for a bill that was already paid for. Clearly dont know how to do their jobs correctly. When I called tmobile they said I would have to go to the store to get a refund and said the next day would be fine. When I called this store to ask about it they said they only do same day in store refunds and didnt even apologize for screwing up. If they werent to busy ordering food, on their phones and listening to music maybe this wouldnt have happened!!
Love this place! I always and only come to this location. I’ve worked with Leslie since I activated at a different location and she is the best ever. Crazy good multi tasker & really assures you about your plan & service. Absolutely trust her 100%. I recommend everyone here. 10/10.
BEWARE!!!!! Extremely unprofessional on phone as well as in person. Given wrong prices and information on 2 different phone conversations. Went into store, thought meeting and dealing w a manager would be best. WRONG! waited 15 min for her. When I asked for a chair due to handicap, her reply with an ATTITUDE, was they dont have any chairs!!!! Needless to say, I walked out.I drive 10 min East to next T mobile on Rte #59 at North end of lot.Extremely professional, dealt w Edwon there.Not only did I get outstanding service, but also FREE phone!!!! At other store was told no phone promotions going on at this time!!WELL WORTH THE 10 MINUTE DRIVE!!!!!
I am a business owner in Elgin. I am also a working employee, therefore, my office is in my Galaxy S8+ when Im in the field. Yesterday, I went to unlock my phone, AND THERES where the NIGHTMARE BEGINS! It would not accept the code of WHICH I KNOW TO BE CORRECT! So, I started out on line with lookout mobile security, ABSOLUTELY NO FING HELP! Then, spent an hour on the phone with T-Mobile this morning, they couldnt do anything either. The T-Mobile phone rep then connects me to Samsung to see if they, being the phone manufacturer, could offer any assistance, THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WHOLE ADVENTURE! Pray you never have to deal with them on the phone! As my last resort, I went in to the T-Mobile store #1571 in Carpentersville, Illinois. I was greeted by LUIS very professionally. This young man, without raising my hopes with salesman BS, spent the better part of 2 hours troubleshhoting, diagnosing, and trying everything he possibly could, without getting frustrated at the situation, to find a way to get this done. Ultimately, we had to do a factory reset of the phone, but he did say that maybe, just maybe, my phone data was backed up on my Google account. Low and behold, IT WAS! The astonishing part was that during my time there, he was also handling calls and walk-in customers professionally, and expeditiously like Michael Jordan would handle a basketball in traffic! LUIS, youre a breath of fresh air brother! Thank You! Side note to T-Mobile Corporate: YOU HAD BEST BE PAYING THIS MAN WELL!
If you’re looking into buying a phone here take your money and your time somewhere els!!! Came in to purchase the iphone 11 pro max & give my monthly payment over with even though i still had until the 17th of next month! To pay it the lady and guy there where really rude So unprofessional don’t even know what their doing! Customer service SUCKS A$$!

Find a different store. Rude, not helpful at all, plus they reset my phone before they even checked to make sure everything was transferred then refused to return old phone so I could send it out to get the data restored. Save yourself the headache.
I had a bit of a complicated situation and Carla and Umberto handled it with ease. I got great service in this store, and a great device after having to return one I purchased online due to instability. Couldnt be more pleased. Hi I was in your T-Mobile location today at 27 Western Street in Carpentersville the two girls there manager vanessa and laura were probably were probably the two most professional customer service Representatives I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with call T-Mobile customer service would not help me Rectify my problem they gave all of the time and effort to make sure I left the store happy I have to say I appreciate everything that they did and I would recommend anyone to go to that store and receive help from them absolutely amazing want to thank them again :-)

Ive been here 3 times. Each time theres only been one rep and 4 or 5 times the amount of customers. Theres no area to sit and wait.
The people who work here are HORRIBLE and RUDE- DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service ever. They lie and charge you after the fact. Everyone at this store should be fired.
