This dealership deserves more than 5 stars. The service was great. I was a out of town buyer. I spoke with Todd, General Manager, and he handled most of my deal. He was honest, professional, and easy to work with. I am a very picky buyer when it comes to cars and Todd was happy to look over the car and let me know exactly the condition of it. This is a big deal especially when coming from 6 hours away to get the car. My deal was handed off to Dustin for the final paperwork to get the deal done. Awesome guy. Fast, efficient, and handled my needs. Before I headed to get the car, Hally, a member of dealership, reached out to make sure I didnt have any last minute questions. She was happy to get some addition (specific) pictures I had requested. On my way to get the car I felt more than confident with the deal. Hally also checked in to make sure I was safely on my way. Once I put my eyes on the car it was exactly as they stated if not better. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from this dealer again. Whether coming in from close or far, this dealer and team can be trusted to the highest regard.

I had been looking for a quality used Tahoe and found one on the internet at Motor Inn in Carroll, Iowa. I called and spoke with Mark, the dealership manager about the vehicle. He was very accommodating, so I decided to drive 200 miles to see the vehicle. Upon arrival Mark put me in touch with Lorren, one of the salesmen at Motor Inn. He already had the vehicle prepared for me to test drive and left my dad and I to ourselves to inspect and test drive the vehicle. The quality of the vehicle was superior, they gave me a good price for my trade, and we were able to negotiate a good price without any confrontation. All of the staff were very polite and helpful, including Dustin, the credit manager. I highly recommend this dealership.

They were great..

Pretty much done with the shenanigans of Des Moines auto dealers. The wife and I thought wed try a Toyota Venza this time, and we found one at Motor Inn of Carroll. I spoke with Lauren on the phone and he was SO VERY accommodating. Even though the car we went up and test drove was VERY nice, were not so sure we want a Venza now - but when we do figure out what to get, well probably wait (as long as we can)(no big hurry for us really) until they get one on the lot at Motor Inn :)
