Nice place to buy new clothes and conveniently located in the downtown area. They have a nice variety of shirts and many other things like shoes. Also, they have Iowa and Iowa State apparel.

They need a larger building.But I am so happy we have Pennies in Carroll. I AM satisfied with our store here in Carroll.

It’s a smaller store, but I can usually find what I’m looking for. I like the selection of kids clothes. Seems like they’ve always got a good sale going on. Staff is always very friendly.

I went to get a specific item. They didnt have it. That location is closing so its not heavily stocked. Everything is 30 percent off the marked price. It is a very small store.

I dont like JC Pennys. It was not a closing out sale, it was not even a sale at 40, percent off
