Had an appointment scheduled from 2-4. They did not show up and I had to reach out to them to find out why. They then rescheduled for the next day between 3-5. At 4:30, I received a text asking to drive out to their store instead of getting their mobile service. After refusing, they finally showed up at 8:30 pm to fix the chip in my windshield. My chip was not repaired correctly and I have called twice now trying to get someone to come back out. I even took it to another company to get a second opinion and they said Kar Glass needed to come back out to correct it. Once my insurance was finally able to get ahold of David, he refused to come out and take another look at the job. Said it was pointless and a waste of time. For a company to have this kind of customer service and speak to a paying customer in the manor that David did is a disgrace. I would give 0 stars if I could, do NOT use this company. Listen to all the negative reviews, this has happened multiple times.Per the response by David: Please do not believe his politeness in his response. As he yelled and argued with me today on the phone with the Safelite agent on the call as well, he did not resemble the characteristics of a competent owner/manager of a business. I was simply asking for a worker to come out and double check their work since I was not satisfied with the repair. Since he refused and said it was a waste of time, Safelite is sending an agent out tomorrow. As this is an affiliate company of Safelite, I would hope they would cut ties. Safelite is doing the correct thing in customer service and making sure the customer is satisfied with the work. Kar Glass should be ashamed to be in business with an owner like David. Please be careful if you are thinking of using this company!

Called all day for my windshield to be replaced finally Kar-glass was able to come to my residence and changed it they are very professional

Negative rating for Kar Glass, this was my first-time using Kar Glass January 1, 2021 whereby they were scheduled to arrive at my residence in the morning with a no show, I then called the company after not hearing anything and they said theyd be late, so...after about them being 4 hours late Dave O replaced the windshield on my 1977 corvette and I left it parked in my garage for 30 hours unmoved and the next weekend Saturday January 8, 2021. I noticed a small crack on the passenger’s side. I called the company and was assured they had another windshield in stock and theyd come out to replace it Saturday between 12 noon and 2pm on January 16, 2021. Then it was a no show and no call however, an exchange of instant message traffic to Dave O whereby he stated quote Ill be ready about ah hour and half unfortunately again no show or follow up, basically a stood-up customer. As of today, Ive still had no contact from them, my next campaign is to write a Yelp review, next-door neighbor app, better business bureau, NBC news investigator, White Settlement Bomber cheers and jeers section and send a certified letter to Kar Glass corporate headquarters via USPS certified Mail. In summary, I advise anyone to steer clear of this business as they are not to be trusted, produce a bad product, bad service and bad customer experience.

Don’t ever call this place to get your window fixed or anything. I got my side window replaced three weeks ago and there’s a leak in my window there’s a water leak and there’s a there’s a gap where air comes to the window I’ve called David several times to come fix this and he has refused to he refuses to give me my refund and will not allow me to talk to anyone else other than him please somebody get this place shut down
