This store is pretty cool. Lots of BTS and K-pop memorabilia and such. I just wish i didnt feel constantly watched by the employees. Despite them constantly watching me they werent rude i guess. So that counts for something.

The store is amazing and the owner is nice but the rainbow haired girl is always so rude and aggressive.All the other employees are sweet expect for her. She doesnt even treat anybody like a customer and proceed to yell at me for no reason

An armys dream come true! They have loads of official merch and they are not overly priced. I have purchased a lot of merch on my own already but if I lived closer, I would make this my go to store and save on shipping fees. I have used GOs before but they can be sketchy so having a store like this nearby would be awesome. They also have the magazines that are hard to find and they are willing to take orders for other items. I went 2x last week and each day, there was a dhl truck delivering merch when I arrived so Im sure they dont take long to get shipments from SK. Keep up the great work!

Literal Armys dream come true-- everything thats available in the U.S. market are pretty much sold at this store. The shop is charming, often times a tight squeeze, but well worth the visit each time. The owner and the staff are always so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to help you with your purchase.Even if youre not BTS fan, theres plenty more groups and items for you to choose from: posters, albums, stationary, cosmetics, clothing, shoes, etc.,The quality of the products is what makes this store stand out from the rest-- all reasonably priced and even at first glance, they just scream QUALITY. Far from the cheap grabs that come with buyers remorse.One things for sure: you wont regret stepping into this store!

This store is THE go to for any kpop lover. The owner is extremely polite and super nice and a delight to talk with as well! All the workers here are very polite and provide a great service, never had a bad experience and I go here almost every weekend. Great products and def check out their website. Ive personally pre-ordered a lot from this store and never had an issue. All round great store, great people and love everything inside. Even if you are not an Army, there is plenty in there for you to look at and get! Decent prices and a variety of products, so definitely visit this store if you are in the area!

I come here a lot bc they have magazines and stuff and even tho I only stan one group it’s nice to look at what other groups have! The customer service is lacking though and I thought I was just being paranoid but other people say it too. Ig they don’t like people who aren’t army bc when I came in and asked if they had any monsta x stuff one of the employees rolled her eyes and acted like she didn’t know who that was..all I asked about was a magazine. A simple “no we don’t not at this time” would’ve been fine. Another time I came in and I was literally followed and glared at like I was gonna steal?? I felt kinda racially profiled..I don’t think I will be coming back bc I’ve been here alot and each time something happens. Who knew that kpop sales people were so freaking mean

I usually come here with my sister and really enjoy the selection of stuff that they have here, however, the customer service is horrible and the cashier is very rude. I have never had a good experience with the cashier. She always seem annoyed at the fact that we were in the store and did not like the fact that we were buying stuff from them I usually drive over 40+ mins here, spend at least 150 each time at the store, just to receive horrible customer service. I will take my bussiness another place where the customer service are much better.

I usually buy a lot from this place but my cashier makes me so upset and uncomfortable, she’s usually pretty nice but she gets ruder and meaner every time I come to visit, I feel like she’s staring me and following me around. The places next door “pink box” has much better customer service compared to this place.

If youre a BTS fan, this place is a must visit. They have a huge variety of BTS related items from BT21 to Tinytan to albums and so much more. I love that they carry the other collaborations like FilaxBTS and sometimes small business creations. There are some non-official merch but most of their items are official and of great quality.

This store has a great selection of albums and often carries more uncommon items such as Japanese releases that other stores in the area do not carry. However, be warned that this comes with the price of having to deal with their employees, who tend to be extremely rude. There is one girl there in particular (shorter, very slim with short hair) who was rude to me the last 2 times I came in, and the last time I was there I told her I wouldn’t be back in the store anymore. I live nearly an hour away, so it’s already quite a drive to get out there, but to then be treated the way this girl treats people makes me think I’m better off just ordering Japanese releases online and sticking to Pink Box and 10x10 for other Korean releases. I feel sorry for the man who I think is the owner because he is very kind, but this girl is not doing the business any favors with her behavior.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service was really good, the workers are so nice! I bought 8 BTS albums for $180 something! I recommend this place for any kpop lover. Also I got a free BTS poster with my purchase!

Cool stuff but so tight and crowded.

I always stop by this shop when Im in Carrallton. This shop is perfect if youre an Army (Fan of BTS). They have a lot of kpop albums/posters/misc like earrings and etc. They have a small selection of really trendy Korean shoes and clothing. They also do preorders online for any Kpop albums that you wish to order. Employees are always very polite and helpful.

I traveled 5 hours just to shop here, so I had high expectations. Needless to say they didnt disappoint. Although they didnt have some of the merchandise I was wanting to buy after watching their past instagram lives, I still found plenty of great things. The young girl working the store was very helpful and nice. She even gave me a free poster of my favorite group. Come here for all your BTS needs as well as other kpop groups. Im very glad I came and I am satisfied with my purchase. :)

I came here with my brother and right off the bat this Caucasian lady who works there was extremely rude. She sounded very demanding when she told my brother to put his mask on or to leave. I would’ve given this a higher star review but the customer service was terrible.

THIS PLACE IS SO FUN,there’s a bunch of albums and other kpop stuff to pick .and it’s very good pricing I’m definitely coming to buy my albums here :)

I used to really enjoy coming to this store. My commute is about a 40 min drive from South Dallas and it used to be worth it. However, I feel like every time I visit the staff (specifically the Caucasian girl, not sure what her name is) has become snappier and ruder with every visit. I usually spend $60+ at this shop but I cannot support a shop that clearly doesnt care for their customers. They have a good selection of things but I would much rather purchase online from a different shop and wait for shipping that get met with bad customer service. I did really want to keep my business here but I rather spend my money where my business is appreciated. If you choose to shop here good for you but I would really suggest shopping where you matter!Side Note: The final reason I am giving such a low review is because the young lady mentioned before blatantly disrespected my sister and I will not stand for it.

One of the best places to get albums near the Dallas Area! It’s always a go-to place for me and my friends to get albums. Prices are pretty good and albums are well taken care of. They always go live ig to answer questions and show the new items they have or will have be delivered to them! So if you ever need a BTS album or just an album from a different group, just know that VT has it!

This is one of my favorite stores now. As I was heading to Pink Box I past by this store and saw huge stickers of BTS and I couldnt wait to check it out after Pink Box. I wasnt disappointed in the slightest. It has amazing and kind employees. And I cant wait to go back!

The best k-pop album and gift shop in Dallas!! If you love k-pop (especially BTS) or have a friend who loves k-pop, you must check this place out. Its such a cute place and they have a large variety of items - youll definitely find something that you love. They carry albums for basically every group that you can think of and personally, I have bought all my BTS albums here because 1) they are all in pristine condition, 2) most reasonable/fair price that you can get, and 3) they always have the newest ones on hand. One of my favorite things about this place is the staff. They are very kind, willing to help out with anything, and you always leave with a smile on your face. They put a lot of thought into the customers, such as obtaining specific albums or items that customers request. Communication is excellent; you can follow them on Instagram for the fastest updates and their website is consistently updated when there are new products. With COVID, I feel very safe coming here and they do an excellent job of keeping the store clean/socially distanced. Everyone wears masks and all customers are required to wear masks, as you should at all times. I am so thankful that this store is close to me, its definitely the best k-pop shop Ive ever been to. I can always count on VT Carrollton to brighten my day. Thank you for everything that you do! Do yourself a favor and check them out when you are in the area :)

I would definitely recommend this! The customer service is literally the best! A bit pricey, but I would most definitely waste all my money!

While I haven’t been there in person I will say that they have a good variety of products online and they ship them quickly. So even if you can’t go in person I recommend their online shop because they had things that I had trouble coming across and the transaction was really smooth and simple.
