They yelled at my kid for going alone she is old enough to go alone poor customer service never coming again. The place overall has low customer service skills. Not a place worth anyone’s time. I’m glad there are better stores than this one.

Honestly I am so happy that I went to this store!! Amazing Amazing items for really low prices and such good quality! I’m a kawaii,anime,and sanrio collector so I was so glad I could find this store. The teams customer service is very good and the only male worker there is the one I usually run in to but he’s a great help ! Definitely coming here more often :))

This place used to be a lot better. They have more cheap looking stationery and are out of stock on sanrio and San-x plushies.. it’s sad because it’s the only reason I would go here. All they do is stock up with kpop items and they’re forgetting the adorable things like hello kitty and pote usa loppy. In the past I’ve gotten a few counterfeit items that I didn’t know were counterfeit at the time because I was only 12 and I didn’t know what was authentic and what wasn’t. I hope they get better, until then I’m going to the other H Mart’s gift shop in Plano. They have more pastel and cute stuff and are limited on kpop— how I prefer it.

Shop of cuteness is what this place is. I was able to find plenty of items my fiance loves like Rilakuma and Gudetama. There was Hello Kitty and many more franchises that Im not familiar with as well but like all the Sanrio is there. Some fun K-pop playing on speakers alongside music videos on a TV and plenty of K-pop posters and collectables to match. I was even able to snag a few Pokémon card packs for myself. The was 2 associates there and they were nice and spoke English while I was shopping around and checking out. Will shop for gifts here again.

I go here all the time. Of course I love the Kpop stuff, but they have a ton of cute things. I am addicted to the hair pins. And the people who work here are always very diligent and ready to help.

Its an okay store. Overpriced.If i had to recommend a store.. CHOICE MUSIC LA!! sure they ship here but its still a tad cheaper than the store.I got 3 copies of got7s new album present: you here and they were $40 each. I got 2 from Choice Music LA for $32 INCLUDING shipping AND a tubed poster!!I think if theyre overpricing this album, at least let the customers see if you have the poster they want... it wont kill you all.. i was told it will be given randomly.I just would recommend Choice Music LA! theyre awesome,always posting updates on SNS, and are quick to reply to emails! They are very interactive with their followers too!And packages usually take about a week to arrive!If this store is your only choice, then i would recommend.

Even though the store is small it has so many things to choose from. I bought a Red Velvet light stick today and it was priced reasonably. The workers were really nice and gave me a 5% discount for following them on Insatgram. Overall I recommend this store because it has everything that I want thats affordable.

LOVE THIS STORE! I always visit while Im at Hmart. The workers were always nice to me. I got the cutest headband from here! Its my favorite.

I loved this spot and it had so many amazing Kpop and items from Korean dramas that I loved. The sad part is its small so it gets a bit crowded when lots of people are inside, but they play cute Kpop music videos while you shop and give you a 5 percent discount on albums if you follow them on Instagram. I would totally recommend this place for any Kpop Fan!!!!

Used to love this place bc it was the only place I knew that sold kpop albums. I bought my first one the other day from them and when I get home (an hour away) to open it, one of the back covers was missing, the photocards were gone, and the disc was so scratched that it would not play at all. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again. I can’t trust that the albums are new.

I got my blackpink light stick there and the lady who was there was really nice and helped me set up my light stick, I would definitely shop there again!

Ok but can we talk about the stationery???? like ain’t no one be talking about korean stationery. they have really cute pens, stickers, and erasers (which i never thought I would be interested in erasers) and they also sell mildliners because ya girl’s parents ain’t gonna order online lmao. some things are a bit overpriced but honestly it’s worth it for a stationery dweeb like me.

Never go to this gift shop. The staff were very disrespectful and quite rude. They have this unfair rule of under 14 must be accompanied by a Guardian. LIKE SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL!Thinking of sueing them 🤬

Been coming here for years now, but not only are they becoming a BTS only store to cater to cringy ARMYs, but the woman also yelled at my little sister for sitting and playing with something that was already open that we planned on buying instead of confronting me or my mom first and making her cry. I get they get stolen from sometimes, but you cant do that to a child. Not coming back.

I honestly like this store a lot despite its small size. I’ve been going to H Giftshop for years so that I could get cute stationary or socks, but recently I have been into k-pop so the items here have been even more appealing to me. The shop is kind of small but I think that it is really well-stocked, even if some of the merchandise they sell isn’t from official vendors like some of the BT21 merch. This store is a good mix of line characters, cute stationary, miscellaneous items, and k-pop but especially BTS. It used to not be so overpowered by one group, but I can’t really complain about that because I like BTS a lot. They have a lot of good merchandise like masks, photobooks, photocards, sticky notes, keychains, and ect so I feel like you will find anything you are looking for when you browse through here. I also think that the music choice in the store is really good too! It’s the latest k-pop hits so you have a nice atmosphere and good music while you are looking around. Despite the cramped size, I think that it’s possible to spend a long time in here.

My BTS lightstick is FAKE. The ARMY bomb ver. 2 is not supposed to glow white, its supposed to glow BLUEISH. I had been doing a lot of research to find a real ver.2 ARMY bomb and knew all the signs to look for if you look it up you will find comparison pictures and videos so you dont get the wrong one aka a fake one. I made sure the lady opened the box (keep in mind I asked her if it was official and she said yes) and I checked to make sure it was real and it was,so my theory is that they show a real ARMY bomb when you ask if youre able to look at it and then put it back and give you a fake one. I feel terrible about not having the official BTS bomb and I paid $20 more than it would cost to buy a fake one on Amazon. You guys really like lying to people so you can get a product sold, its so messed up! If you guys were not lying and didnt know that they were fake,please take them off your shelves or sell them as FAKE ARMY BOMBS, thank you.

The store is quite small however the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The cds are expensive but if I take in to consideration the shipping I pay to order it and the wait it balances out. You get a free poster for every cd you buy. The hottest music mvs are playing while you shop.There are tons of things to look at. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience.

They have lots of kpop items! They have tons of photocards, stickers, posters, keychains, stationery, and lots of other kpop related items! They also have a large selection of albums and are always up to date with the newest releases, which you can find on their Instagram. The store may seem a little crowded but the environment is enjoyable and the staff was super sweet as well!!

Rude owners, crowded store. May not be relevant, but someone tried to sell something to me for more than it was marked a few years ago. This was before the area started booming with foot traffic. Every time I go inside hmart, I always forget why I avoid the gift store until Im already in it.
