Rheem in general has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in any industry of service. I was hold for almost an hour and got nowhere with no answers. Also the website gives a fake number that takes you nowhere. Total waste of time

Terrible - wasted all my time trying to line up a system to ship to Texas. Waited on shipping costs, okayed that. Then I had to set up a different account, filled out 3 pages of paperwork, then had to redo it because their information was wrong. Then they tell me they cant sell Florida equipment to Texas customers.
