Mattress by Appointment literally means you have to get an appointment to come in and try out the different mattresses. I called Mr. Golden at 10am to find out more information about his shop and he met me there by 10:30! That was very nice of him despite such short notice from me. He has a solid collection of mattresses and two VERY LUXURIOUS beds that were cheaper than beds at Mattress Firm. If youre looking for amazing mattresses and a good, solid price with none of the bs/haggling, check this place out. Lay on those beds and see for yourself. 10/10 recommend Mr. Golden and MBA.

The two highest quality mattresses felt incredible. I would rate this place 10 stars if if I could. The business is operated by one person, and he treated me like a person rather than a customer. I had friendly conversations with the store owner on topics not related to my interest in purchasing a mattress. The store owner/manager was patient and professional over the phone, at the store, and during the assisted delivery and installation process. I strongly recommend that people give this shop a chance.I intend to consult this business first when I want a second or third mattress in the future.

Had a wonderful experience with Golden. Called Saturday, 10AM. Made the appointment. And matress was delivered later that day.Really appreciated him asking about our sleeping needs and recommend a bed based on our needs. Its been almost 3 weeks now and the matress was phenomenal from day one.

I needed a queen size mattress for a spare bedroom. Was referred to MBA by a friend and I am so glad I was. I purchased a set of plush cooling gel mattress for my on 4-30-18. I spoke with my son today he stated he slept good went to bed early slept through out the night with no tossing and turning. He also said that the mattress was very soft and comfortable at the end of the day he loves them! The Owner Dan was very helpful Great Customer service! did not pressure me on my purchase it was my decision once I laid on those mattress. They also came with 5 year warranty. Same day delivery. My husband and I met with Dan during our appointment. The customer service is really warm and welcoming. Dan has a number of mattresses to choose from and encourages you to lay on them to find the right fit for you, unlike some places. If he does not have it in stock, he will order it for you.
