Wow, just wow. Such an amazing experience. Within 1 hour I learned, made connections, and found what was meant for me and also got everything I needed—all thanks to Marissa. She provided me above and beyond service. She was so sweet, personable, soft spoken, and an absolute doll. She was very educated and experienced which allowed her to service me with best in class service. I came into the store like a lost cat or deer in headlights. Marissa must have sensed this and approached me multiple times to make sure I was being helped. She gave me personal attention and stuck with me until we both felt I had everything I needed for my intentions. Thank you so much Marissa, you’re a life saver!

This is very nice shop with nice items. I would not say the vibe is great. I asked an employee about an item being so different from the others and she said if you are asking for a discount we cant give one. I was not asking and quite offended at her comment. I purchased a bead bracelet that I was drawn to because of the combination of stones. It was $24.99 and I thought it should be a better quality. They obviously made it there but the elastic thread used was too thick. To hide this fact they attached a clumsy oval metal ST logo with leather. I attempted to remove it after my purchase and the employee said you can leave that on. Now I know why when you take it off the plastic elastic sticks out because it is not well made. Disappointing for the price.

I have never felt so welcomed and so happy and so validated at a store like this ever before. it’s so beautiful and honestly the environment and experiences i had here are a huge reason why i love spirituality. the psychic tarot reader is absolutely amazing. the workers are so sweet always making sure you’re doing good. the healing group is SOOOO cool i felt so safe and like i was around to people just like me.

I have always loved going to the Carrollton location up until today. In my past visits the staff has always been very helpful and informative. I visited this Location today and I may never return. The energy was off, not one staff member offered assistance, and the young lady with the short hair at the register was not pleasant at all. If she is a representative of the Soultopia culture please lock the doors. HER ENERGY IS VERY NEGATIVE.I am happy to say that my concerns were responded to and addressed immediately.I will be returning.Thanks for taking time to look into this matter.

I had the BEST experience ever here! It was my first time in any store like this and the people there were not only nice but they were open and willing to answer any and every question I had. Jasmine was amazing and she was very helpful the entire time! She even helped me understand more about chakras! The lady that makes the bracelets (is or remember her name) was also amazing! She was very intuitive and detailed about each bracelet and what they mean. They’re actually a wonderful team and helped me to pick the perfect products for my life and home. Nice, relaxing shop with a variety of things. My only issue was I asked one of the staff if the rock I was planning to buy was Petrified Wood and they said yes, so I bought a couple. Later, when I looked at my receipt, it said I actually bought a bunch of Tiger Irons. Some of their rocks do not have proper labelling and it is a little disorganized.

Stopped by because I hear people talk about this place a lot.The young lady who greeted me was super friendly and even complimented me. She showed me to the crystals in the back of the store and let me know she would assist me if I needed it later.I didnt see a price on some things I was looking for and there were so many you break it you buy it signs that I didnt want to look for a price tag or touch anything. I was very anxious walking through.The shop itself was a little dimly lit, but I think my biggest problem was the smell. I love incense but it was so strong that it was making me feel almost choked up- even with my mask.Some of the things that I did notice a price on seemed VERY overpriced. I understand you cant beat everyones price (especially if they buy wholesale) but a piece of double terminated quartz was $50- ish. Yikes!That being said, it was a cute shop and the lady in the dress walking around seemed like she was very sincere about helping another woman who was standing next to me. Customers seemed to be happy and there was a nice selection of items.I will probably try visiting again, hopefully I dont get choked out and maybe Ill feel less anxious.)0(

Be prepared to get a lot of dirty looks from customers, especially if you look like youre unfamiliar with holistic practices. I was browsing cool items with my friend and we were confronted and yelled at by a customer (who wasnt wearing a mask) for saying expletives in our conversation. I kept feeling people staring at us and I felt generally uncomfortable. The cashier did her best to stick up for us but the guy was aggressive. Idk, we just felt like outsiders and probably wont be returning.

The store is neatly arranged and is true to its name..items intended to cleanse heal and uplift the MIND..BODY and SOUL.***The blonde woman at the cash register in the middle towards the back of the store(on 9/26/2020) was rude and I dont know if she was having a bad day or just didnt want to be bothered but that is unacceptable and makes the business look bad. Thank God she had a lunch break to take and Hazel was able to intervene and further assist and was very KIND. Please train employees who are rude...NOT A GOOD LOOK especially for a spiritual store...a place where people are going to receive positive energy and guidance for their spiritual journeys 🙏. I visited this store on Sunday August 9 at 1:30 and the cashier with the short curly hair didn’t meet the level of service that I’ve come to expect from Soultopia.It’s a little disappointing that she walked over and asked our group of “black people” how we’re doing over 100 times(almost like we were being watched),yet when it came time to actually “service my group”I’m pretty sure we were overcharged for a few crystals,she took a phone call while checking me out and proceeded to answer questions(she should have put them on hold since there were other associates available to assist so i didn’t have to wait) and her one second process of “cleansing my crystals in the singing bowl was laughable(there was maybe four people including my three friends and I in the store at that point)This is a spiritual environment (or at least should be)and her energy was very negative and dark!Customer service and common sense are rare these days and this cashier was a pure example of what not to do.The vibe is completely different than what I’m used to.(I’ve noticed this sentiment in other reviews)She also mentioned to a lady who was white that she was sorry she couldn’t check on her,however if she wouldn’t have been”checking on my black friends and I” so much”I’m sure she would have had more time to actually “help” the other customer(It was only one lady in there besides us at that time)My friends noticed as well and we decided we will not be returning and I realize that I probably should have left instead of spending my money with them.

This place its awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ive visited several times and always find something new. Last week at the SoulTopia Sensation I got 2 tarot readings and a healing with Neil. The best part was the aura photo! After I got my picture Roger did an aura reading on a kitten that was there. He said he was going to have a day where he did pet auras..... Yeah Ill be there that day with both dogs.A couple ofweeks ago I recieved a singing bowl healing with Roger. The entire healing only took 30 minutes but I was so relaxed and refreshed..... It was like I had taken a 2 hour nap.Another time I meet with Michelle for a tarot reading. I have had several different people read tarot cards for me in the past, but Michelle was extremely accurate. This is the best reading Ive ever had and Ive had readings all over the world. Not only is she extremely gifted she is also the most beautiful creature.There is another location in South Dallas, Bishop Arts District, that is just as beautiful. Even though it is the same owners they really went over the top to make it different. You will even find different items at both locations..... Really awesome attention to detail.They go out of their way to make you feel at home.Ohhhhh and my girl Wakinia is pretty awesome too. She will greet you and make sure you have everything you need!!!!

Just moved to the area and found this shop. The shop is spacious, clean, and lots of great vibes. Usually when I go to a metaphysical shop I cant be there long because the stagnant energy overwhelms me, makes me physically sick. It felt good shopping here because of the atmosphere and the friendly host. Will be going back soon.

Didn’t feel “welcome”, two stars because I found almost everything I needed. It was my first time obviously I did not know the place and tought the counter near the door was the main register (it wasn’t) and waited for someone to help me but had to wait. When someone came did not feel nice at all, I was told “were you waiting for someone to grab you inside?” For me that was not welcoming at all. Not coming back.

Ive been going to this place for quit some time now. Never had a bad experience until they got all new staff and just recently yesterday the cashier assumed my sister couldnt afford a particular crystal because of her race. Needless to say we wont be going back Ill never spend another dime at this place, the energy was completely off when i walk in yesterday the owner if the holistic boutique will make any and every excuse for his 15 year old daughter who has no knowledge of how to handle a cash register BUT she is very quick to belittle and try to make it seem as if you have no knowledge of YOUR CULTURE or what you are purchasing. The shop is lovely the service was a horrible experience after booking appointments and paying upfront for a reading showing up on time the person was not on site, they stated it was a scheduling issue so when we asked to see who was on site we were told we would have to wait or reschedule due to a walk in wanting an appointment bad customer service and to think someone actually referred me to this place smdh

Adorable shop, with a great variety of metaphysical items and a friendly staff. But I’m a long time crystal collector and mineralogist: I’m a collector with incredibly rare crystals worth thousands: this shop had a lovely selection of crystals but they were shockingly overpriced. For example, I have a large apophyllite and druzy chalcedony. They had a nearly identical one that was small, able to be handheld. Mine cost $65; theirs was over $300. I have a rare large dark lavender rose quartz sphere with a star. They had a regular rose quartz with no stars or rainbows, palm size, medium in color. Mine was $250. Their tiny medium grade one was around $160. (Rose Quartz is an abundant mineral and spheres are really common—I’ve never seen a sphere that size more than $100, unless with stars and rainbows.) All their specimens were shocking prices.However, they had a lot. And great variety with a cool ambiance. They put your purchase in a singing bowl and played it before you left. If you don’t mind paying an arm and a leg for your treasures, it’s a really cool shop.

I meant to post this awhile ago! So during the early stages pandemic I desperately wanted to burn frankincense. The young lady who answered the phone (forgot name) told me what she had in stock and her opinion on the varies sage available. I was heart broken to know that they were out of charcoal! She offered a sample from her personal stock. Ahmazing!!I will definitely be a long term customer!!

This is the only shop Ive been able to find Dragons Blood Sage. They also have some rare crystals too. Excellent staff. They do a great job of maintaining positive energy in the shop. Oh, not to mention the prices are the best I have seen! You guys rock!

Its a nice shop, but my husband and I walked into the shop, and werent helped for 15 minutes. There were 2 people working, and they both migrated to the same customers, mind you that were already being helped.. We kinda just walked around, and I finally had to ask someone to help me. Didnt feel the welcome vibe, and the older lady just stared at us. Big yikes.

I would come back to Dallas to go here. I was in for a convention and passed by and saw the angel on the back of the building. I was able to be so real and honest and get genuine help when it came to the things Im dealing with. I look forward to the day the are nationwide and in Jacksonville, FL.

It was my first time going here and I wanted to get a reading since they were having a discount day. I get signed up with one person and I sit down with her. She asked me to pull cards and I did. At first she asked what question I had so I asked, after I pulled my cards, she didn’t even say anything about what was in the cards.Five minutes pass and she’s not saying much at all. I’m like ok and at the same time, the 15 minute timer is going since I paid for that time amount.She was having the most difficult time communicating and abruptly gets up and is gone for another two or so minutes and I’m like, didn’t I pay for this time and what is going on.....Another man walks in instead of her and takes over, he was the owner. He was nice and answered a few questions and gave me some good recommendations. But the whole experience, my first visit ever, was a little bizarre to be honest. Not sure how I felt about the whole experience.I understand some connections may not be ideal but to just abruptly get up and say “I’ll be back in a second”, then have someone else walk in and take over without a reason, was awkward to say the least.But all in all, I think the place is ok. The first person that greeted me was nice.I’d probably go back but only time will tell.

I went in sad & anxious. I walked out relieved and crying (good crying). I bought crystals (the tiny ones), candles, sage & incense for 21 dollars (theyre cheap compared to others around). I ended up getting a reading done by Rachael (I believe it was Rachael). When I say I didnt have to tell her anything!!! She is literally working with your spirit guides. I would recommend going to see her to anyone. Shes there on Saturday from 1-4! Go see her!

Yesterday was my first time going into a store of this type. I was nervous going in but the staff are wonderful they are knowledgeable of the different stones and their uses not to mention they were very patient. I will be back!!

This place is so great and welcoming, very helpful. I asked to sound bowl my bag and they did. No judgment. They were very open minded.

The energy here is fantastic--good place to get your energy level charged. Good selection of everything. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous as well as kind.
