Never thought i would own another home again until Dolan Homes came along. They were soooo very helpful in making our forever home dream come true. As a proud resident of this community since 2013,I just wanted to commend Mr. Dolan and his team for always doing a great job when keeping the community safe during terrible snow storms.It’s great knowing they take the time to care about this community as they have.I can’t think of one negative aspect in living here.I hope to live here for another 8 years!

My in-laws just purchased a mobile home here after renting for years. I was not pleased with the idea at first but then I visited the community I realized it was clean, well kept, quiet, and pleasant. They have a lot of rules but that in my opinion is what keeps the place in such a good condition. Maria helped us through the closing and walked us through the process. The lease covers all the rules in black and white and are enforced with everyone which I think is very fair. :)

When I moved in to Carteret Mobile Park the staff were extraordinarily helpful. I had some trouble understanding the contract and they were patient with me. They let me go over the house carefully so I could have trust and confidence in what I was buying. There was an old lady in the office who didnt like me but she is gone. Now its a wonderful team. Maria is the best. She speaks Spanish and helps everyone. Robert builds amazing houses. They have other family there too but I dont know them. I just like living in a place that is clean and quiet. The place I lived before was terrible. This place is a little bit of heaven on Earth. I work very hard and coming home to my little house in our great community gives me such a sense of peace. I intend to be here till my dying days. I love it!

I do not live here, but I can definitely say that this Park is very nice. I have visited and I think It’s a convenient location and the park is well taken care of. The homes are nice and just the right size for anyone on a budget, retired, or just someone looking for a simple home. My only concern is the empty lots. I know that no one owns them, but some of them are filthy and all gross. It just really puts a bad look on the park. Otherwise, this place is great.

I work in a South Jersey manufactured home community and I cant believe how quickly the homes sell in North Jersey especially in Carteret Mobile Park. It is so conveniently located near the NJ turnpike. You could be in Manhattan in 20 minutes! What a great place to live!

AR-O1I have lived at Carteret Mobile Park for over 4yrs and I enjoy living here for the neighbors are respectful and friendly. I was looking for a place that I could relax and enjoy my retirement years with my wife (the overhead cost of a home was too much). The downsizing was just what we were looking for and just enough room for us, so my wife wouldn’t have to walk upstairs to relax. This also made it easier for me to keep clean (for my wife has cancer and passed away this year). Everyone here helped me overcome this event and helped with episodes that we went through. After her death my neighbors kept up with me making sure I was OK. I am grateful and very pleased to live here at the park. As long as you follow the rules and regulations you will have no problems making a home here.

I love living here. The streets are clean. The owners are always improving the water and sewer system. They always fix the sidewalks. The construction guys work hard. I like to watch them build the new homes. Every time they out in a new house the value of everyone elses house goes up. Thats why everyone wants to live here. If you visit other trailer parks you will come right back to Carteret Mobile Park. Its beautiful! We are so grateful to the owners and all the staff for all their hard work. Thank you so much!

My father in law lived there for many years until his recent passing. He was very happy there and felt he had no reason to leave even when asked to live with family members as he aged. We found them very helpful in tying up loose ends upon his passing.

Very clean, friendly staff .We are thinking about down sizing. We were given a complete tour of the mobile park to find just the right spot.The park was very clean, and well organized.If your looking for a Mobile Park, this is the place

Robert Dolan has been an outstanding leader in the effort to provide affordable housing in New Jersey. He is a past president of the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association and the recipient of several awards for his contributions to the industry.Roberts wife Maria is also active in the business concentration mainly on marketing and sales. Update: Too many mobile homes. Mobile home only has one exit / entrance to the mobile home. From Roosevelt Ave it is not clear how to get into the mobile home complex.

LIVING HERE A SHORT TIME, A LITTLE OVER A YEAR, WE WOULD RATE OUR LIFE HERE IN CARTERET MHP A 5 STAR! WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR NEIGHBORS IN THE COMMUNITY, EVERYONE SEEMS FRIENDLY AND STAYS TO THEMSELVES. SEEING THE NEW MODULAR HOMES BEING BROUGHT IN CAN ONLY MAKE US FEEL THAT THE FUTURE OF THE PARK IS ONLY GONNA BE BETTER AND WE MADE THE GOOD DECISION MOVING HERE. AS FAR AS THE LEASE, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE CLEAR CUT, REASONABLE AND TO THE POINT. UNDERSTANDING THAT RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE INSTITUTED ONLY TO MAKE IT A BETTER COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN! Very well kept homes & the area clean & quiet

We moved to Carteret Mobile Park from Jersey City to downsize. We were so blessed to find this brand new home with brand new appliances in a great location. Our new home is perfect for us and were very happy to acquire it.We are in between 2 very nice neighbors. This place is very accessible to public transportation especially going to NY.Going to my husbands work is only less than 30 minutes and theres a park thats only 10 minutes walk from our house. We are close to the churches, shopping areas like Woodbridge Mall (12 minutes), Menlo Park, Jersey Gardens, IKEA and so much more...

Im a service tech, such a nice park to live in

If they dont like you they wont except you even tho you can afford to buy there. Just dont bother they dragged it out on me where it was to late for me to get in and mad my life a mess.
