We purchased both our wedding rings here and spent thousands. Because we were spending so much money the sales girl said they would take off the amount that tax would have been. When we get up to pay they wouldn’t do it. This should have been a sign. I got a sapphire, not the traditional diamond, and the next day in regular light you could tell the stone was cracked on the corner. So we go back. They told us I must have broken it but that they would replace the stone this time. The stone was smaller and not as clear. I was upset and didn’t want to cause drama which was why I just left. I just didn’t see how I could have broken it when I never hit it on anything and in less than 24 hours. Plus they fix it but with a smaller stone and less clarity and one of the brackets was significantly bent in to hold the smaller stone. We haven’t purchased any more jewelry from them.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife and daughters love their Pandora collection. I actually called to ask if they repaired Omega watches, and although they dont, I was referred to a reputable business.
