Stopped in 2 separate times looking for a bottle jack and of course to check out the new store. Great products and even better prices. Bottle Jacks on sale were not restocked tho.

I visited the first week they were open as I live just N of this new location & I needed a T-15 or size in that range. An employee immediately offered to help me when I walked in, took me right to the stock, showed me the alternatives, I chose one, made the purchase at the Covid safe checkout & was quickly on my way. Easy, fast, painless. If you have a coupon for any special, be sure to bring it; they will not discount if you havent the paper coupon.

Had to leave... We came to check it out, but within a very short time we were uncomfortable because very few customers respected the sign recommending masks and they were not social distancing at all. Store layout may contribute to the distancing problems, and directional signs could help. Employees were great, very helpful and all masked.

Having recently opened, this Cartersville GA location is a very short drive from home. Aisle signage visible and detailed. Employees are available, helpful, and friendly. Certainly a viable alternative to the big box warehouses.

I am a member of the Harbor Freight store. This is a new store, so I went to check it out. Its relatively close to my home. Not impressed! No WiFi, and I dont have much data on my phone. The coupons I keep getting, I couldnt download. Trying to get help from the supervisor or employees was a real chore. They could see I had the coupons on my phone, but since they were not downloading, they didnt want to honor them.

This store has a lot better selection than the one on Bells Ferry Road. But theyre both pretty good stores

They have a large selection of tools and this new store is bigger than any I have been in, the staff was very polite and helpful locating the items I needed.
