This location has a great staff. Coming into this store for the first time to discuss taking the safety riding course I was impressed. Adam spent an easy hour of his time talking to me about the course and discussing the different bikes I showed interest in. Meredith was informative and a great person just to talk to. Redd and Kevin both helped me with questions when it was getting down to purchasing my bike and showing me some of the great accessories you can purchase to help make my bike, my bike. Oh and Last but not Least, I would like to give a special thanks and shout out to Brian and Phil, my coaches during my riding safety course, two great guys who were patient when needed and helped those who may have needed a little more help than others to accomplish our goals.

This is place I refreshed my motorcycle skills and got my license they’re amazing believe me.

So Im on a bike trip from Biloxi, MS to Niagara Falls and back, and when I get to my cousins house in Dallas, GA I find that I am in dire need of 2 tires. I know, my fault for not replacing them BEFORE my trip ... whatever. Anyways, called the shop and got Brian on the phone, he said they could squeeze my in today so I could continue my trip today (after another shop I called said they couldnt ... not gonna name em).While the mechanic was doing the job, he noticed both front and rear brakes were worn pretty good. Brian brought me back there so they could show me, and I agreed it was time for replacement. (I usually replace the pads at tire change anyway). Since I have over 65 thousand on the odometer, I told them to go ahead and change the rear bearing too. I had already changed the front when it failed at 50 thousand. Being as I was on a road trip and rode about 3 hours in heavy rain last night, my bike was a filthy mess. They even gave her a bath at no charge!! Oh yeah, they also had an event going on today.Very friendly and courteous staff, went out of their way to get me back on the road and to make sure I was a satisfied customer! Ill definitely return to this shop in the future!!

Me and my son Road back from Miami to Indiana and stopped to pick up a t-shirt from every Harley-Davidson shop from here to Indiana that we seen off the side of the interstate this was definitely an awesome experience thank you Southern devil.

Purchased a new police model on 7/15/21. The sales experience was terrific. However, the service dept refused to civilianize the bike for public use. Had to take the bike elsewhere to get the work done they should have done prior to me taking delivery. Cost me an extra $250. I will never go back to this dealer and will tell all my friends and anyone who will listen never to take their bikes to this dealers service dept.

Been a loyal customer there for years, I bought a four point docking hardware off of their table in the parts department during one of their events and asked if there was anything wrong with it. I was told just an open box. Come to find out they sold me two left side plates.when I called to tell them they said “sorry all sales are final “. Well sorry all purchases are final too !

Went for a ride with my daughter and ended up here and she just had to have a Harley coat. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, helped her pick out just what she wanted. Looked at few bikes while I was there and the sales crew are knowledgeable and not pushy.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone was so helpful and did everything they could to help us get the Road King we came to look at. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting or even thinking about buying a Harley.

Stopped by this dealership for a few things. They treated me and my dog with much respect. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Add on fees, rude employees, ghosted when requesting a refund...where to begin? You couldnt get worse service. Once they have your money, youre out of luck on curtesy. Save $75 and take your MSF class somewhere else. This is a Wannabe dealer! UPDATE...yup was contacted, funny manager mainly complained about getting a bad review. Then states even though this class is closest to me we are in different states and I shouldnt be enrolled in his class, after more complaining about this bad review, I said lets get to the financial part of returning my money. He said someone will call me., yet over an hour has gone by, noone calls. Business day about to end. Will I ever be able to post SDHD returned my money? Stay tuned, same bat time, same bat channel!

Great dealership which surprisingly offers a few older inexpensive Harleys in addition to a lot of high end and great inventory found at other dealers. Found an older 2000 electra glide for a song and was very impressed that they gave me the same great attention and fun as if I had purchased an expensive bike... Brett the sales manager and Kevin my sales person went above and beyond to make my purchase absolutely hassle free! Nice place but high pressure sales tactics. The fastest way to not sell me anything is to call me for any reason. They kept calling my wife after we told them we were going with another dealership.

Probably my favorite local Harley store been doing business with them since 2013 bout a few bikes as well. I do wish they had more events here and a larger childrens clothing section.

This had to be one of the most pleasurable purchasing experiences. The team at this dealership really treats you like family. They stayed late after closing time right near the holidays just to make sure I was taken care of. Not to mention John Adams, my salesman, went above and beyond to make sure my little girl could ride with me comfortably. Would 12/10 recommend!

Bought a new HD Lithium Ion Battery ($320), Installed it started the bike up once. 3 weeks later get on it, battery is completely dead, the test lights wouldnt even come on. Jumped it off, & rode it. Upon returning bike started ok could tell it was still weak. 48hr later completely dead again, test lights wouldnt come on again.So i call & the parts said bring it in, it shouldnt be doing that just to give me the warranty run around when i got there...

I have to give the best customer service award to Julia C and the 2 gentleman who stayed late with her for me. She not only had the chaps I have been looking everywhere for but also had the jacket for my boyfriend that 3 different harleys didnt have she had every item in stock even 3 pairs of jeans that were my size. She was so sweet and went above and beyond I am so thankful you hired her 3 weeks ago you got a good employee.

I was on my way back to Florida after a few weeks camping up in the mountains. My Ultra Classic was running too hot, and was not starting very well. I called Southern Devils service department, and spoke to Bryan. H told me to stop in on my way south, and they would check it out for me. I am so glad I stopped! These people treated me like the old days, very accomadating and helpful. Barry in service discovered that my bike had a recall on a electrical issue, He found the parts and had me going the next morning. It was raining very hard, and they put my camper trailer inside foe rthe night, and gave me a ride to the motel. Picked me up the next morning, and the tech Baron came out and explained the isuues to me in detail. He found I had a intake leak, and my battery connections needed to be replaced. My bike starts and runs great again. They were definately a welcome port in the storm. Many other dealerships i have visited need to follow their leed. I bought my 2021 Roadglide from John Adams and he was awesome! This is my third Harley from them! I’m not new to the Harley sales game, being I was a sales rep for the longest. John never pulled any tricks or slick talking. He was transparent and upfront with no BS. I highly recommend SDHD. Sent my dad up there today to get him a Tri Glide.I even had a phenomenal experience with the parts department and motorclothes. Watch out! Felt like they used slimy sales tactics: called on a used bike I saw I cycle trader. Sales guy was very nice but passed me to his manager to discuss the price online (I’m not a Karen, I didn’t ask for this guy). Well according to them the price was wrong online and the sales manager was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by honoring the price.Then he added a “used bike processing fee” that, according to him, sometimes was needed and sometimes not (this bike wasn’t even a year old, so I’m guessing very little was “processed”). So with this fee and another dock fee he appeared to make up his lost price and honestly made me feel bad for considering the price was that low.I’ve bought a lot of bikes and am used to fees, but this was like $1200 in fees. So that and his very rude attitude sent me on my way to Boswell’s in Nashville. I bought a bike from them for no fees at all. And because Boswell’s service was so awesome I ended up WANTING to spend more with them.I love the Harley community, and this is the only time I’ve ever been treated this way. I feel bad because the sales guy was super nice too.

Over the years I have bought a few Harleys from this location I would say they have the best service department some of the best sales associates if youre in the market for a Harley and why wouldnt you be this is the place to go

I am retired US Navy, old, and meticulous. Just bought a 2014 Tri Glide. Needed a battery. Took it to Southern Devil HD, hoping not to be scalped. They were the friendlies, most helpful, knowledgeable folks you could ever meet. The Service Dept. installed my battery, at a very reasonable rate, and, checked the Trike out, aired the tires, fixed my trunk lock, and washed the Trike at no extra charge. I will always take my motorcycle there. I was extremely pleased with the service and courteous atmosphere. Please check them out. Thank you guys !!!!!

Great selection of new and used motorcycles. If I needed another Harley, I would have ridden off on one of the 3 I picked out! Good location and easy to get in and out of from the interstate.
