In fact, we cant say enough about how pleasant he was to work with. He listened to what we wanted, showed us many options, and was very knowledgeable. Me and my wife Love Kay Jewelers. Our First experience was with “Joe The Jewler “ in Oklahoma City where he gave us the best customer service experience ever. After relocating to Colorado we needed to find a Kay Jewler’s to keep up with our warranty and maintenance on our fine jewelry. We found this location is Castle Rock and they picked up right where Joe left off giving us the same experience and service he offered. My wife ring has been sent back multiple times and they are replacing with a brand new custom built ring. Ashley and Donavan as well asThe rest of the team are a great asset to Kay Jewelers. Ashley and Leonard did an amazing Job of finding my girls dream ring and showing us that we don’t have to break the bank in order to find her the perfect one. It took them only 10 minutes to match us with the perfect ring at the perfect price, I couldn’t be more grateful for their assistance. For months my girl has sent me cheap rings from online retailers thinking that was the only way to go and through Kay I found that I can find a REAL DIAMOND ring for the right price and not get her some cheap lab made rock. I highly recommend you go in and speak to Ashley or Leonard about your options. Can’t wait to surprise my love because she thinks she isn’t getting it after all lmao.

Donovan is amazing! I am just here to write a review for the amazing customer service he has provided to me and my husband. We were just so impressed with his patience and professionalism and his attentiveness to what we were looking to shop. Not only he assured us to help us but he took the time to call around the stores to see if they carried what I was looking for.. I am a very picky person and when Donovan got me what I was looking for after calling 4 stores I was the happiest! Horrible customer service. I tried using Kay Jewelers 3 different times in 2 weeks to get 2 watches fixed, and my ring sized. They could not do any of them. Referred me to CO Springs for the watch!! I ended up getting what I needed for all 3 from a different jewelry store across the street. Left this place in tears the 3rd time!!
I called ahead to find out what sales they had. Previously ive purchased a fine watch from this location. When I got to the store, selection was null and only discount on very few watches. I drove round-trip over 80 miles, no purchase. Would of appreciated more upfront info
We go into Kays often. They are always kind and give service that exceeds our expectations.

I’ve been shopping for a new ring for a few months and today we went into the store to look. Ashley and Huda were SOO helpful! We looked at multiple and when I asked for something a little lower in price they didn’t judge me! The entire process was super easy and worry free and they weren’t bothered that I wanted to look at multiple rings or that my 4 year old was listening to her iPad on high and dancing around.I can’t say enough good things about this team! This Kay Store has been my go to for the past 5 years. They not only have great prices, their selection is varied and they always always go beyond the call of duty with their service. Regardless of whether I am having my jewerly serviced or purchasing a new item the dont disappoint. From the manager who is very knowledgeable and pleasant, to their staff that handles all of my requests with ease; it is a pleasure to patronize the store.

Best customer service! We walked in and it was busy but someone still told us they would be with us shortly. Joan was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went in to look at rings and I had no idea what style I liked and she helped us through the way. She listened to what I did like and what I didn’t and even gave us custom options to make the ring perfect! She definitely had patients since I’m the most indecisive person! As a bride, I have had the absolute worst experience with this Kay’s. I hope this review will encourage you to go to another location or a different store to save yourself from a nightmare. Luckily I finally reached out to corporate and they’ll be taking care of us for the 100’s of issues.The worst part of this all isn’t the fact that they’ve messed up countless of times, it’s the fact not once did anyone ever say sorry or take responsibility. They always acted as if it was my fault and were unwelcoming.
They sent the wrong jewelry in the mail so I went to the store to purchase what I originally wanted and added to the order, they charged my card twice. I called and called no answer so I drove back and they said give it ten days if the charge does not fall off come back. Never.
Go see Donovan! I needed several of the same necklace for a wedding. The store only had one necklace but Donovan really went above and beyond to find two other ones. Additionally, he worked hard to make sure I would get my pieces in 5 days! Ive never been treated so well in a jewelry store!! Mo pressure and no obligations to buy! I will only buy jewelry from here moving forward!
My self, my wife and my whole family will never have the service we have had at THIS SPECIFIC STORE. They have gone mountains and oceans above normal customer service The whole staff has treated us like family. We will never ever go anywhere else for our jewelry. Our review is for late January and early February 2018.I wish I knew the names of the two women who helped me. Especially the girl who started with our walk-in and ended the visits with picking up our rings after sizing, etc. She was fantastic and they were so awesome and so personable. Me and my now husband picked out our wedding bands and all there, and the entire experience was so fluid.I gave this review a 5 star because the girl who helped us originally, continued to impress me. She added any discounts applicable that even became available after placing our orders and making the final payments. She was always busy but always courteous and sweet. Plus the deal we got was just awesome and I adore my ring.
Im always greeted promptly in this store and my budget is respected. Im not buying big diamonds, just nice birthstone jewelry. They always point me in the right direction and even offered me a Kay credit card which is great in building my credit. It helped my score grow so I could get a new car. I really like how they help you look at the big picture, including the extended service plans that are so important. My necklace broke and was repaired basically with no questions asked. Highly recommend them!
The team at The Outlet was extremely friendly and helpful. I seriously got the best deal on a two carrot ring. We’ve been looking for awhile. Shannon, Cory, and Francine gave me a deal I could pass up. Thank You guys! Customer for life.
Never had issues with this store until recently over the last two months. Not sure if it’s really even this stores fault. But I sent my ring in for sizing up, soldering, rhodium plating, upgrading my four prongs around my solitaire to 6 prongs, and to add the date I got married and a small diamond on the inside on my ring. It was gone for three weeks. Then A week later the small diamond on the inside fell out. I brought it back and noted my concern. I debated on even sending it back because the gal in the store told me that diamond barely stays in. Despite me wondering why they would sell this idea if it doesn’t work, I sent it back again to get the diamond added back. It was gone for another week and They added it back. And deeper into the ring. So I think it will stay. However two weeks after this, the ring’s band separated from my solitaire diamond on one side so I had to take it off and put it up until I can take it in, once again, to get repaired. For the amount of money that is paid, this should NEVER be an issue.
Do not trust these people with your money!!!!! My husband put a cash deposit down on a ring before covid 19 happened. They closed the store and once they opened back up he went in to buy it and they said they had no record of him buying anything or any order... but the order was canceled!!! So YES you did have an order!!! The fact that they are lying and hiding things this business should be SHUT DOWN! Do not give these people your money!
I gave this place a 2 star because the seller did not give me an option rather I want extended insurance. She just added to my transaction and didnt even mention it to me. I wouldve got the plan anyhow, but like any other places when you buy expensive item they ask if you would like extended warranty or add on insurance. Would be nice to know thats an option. Either way, I love the jewelry.

I needed an engraved dog tag for my 20yr old deploying daughter..it was short notice. I wanted to present her with it on our visit in less then a week. It went in on Tuesday and was done Wednesday! Super nice people that helped every step of the way. They even offered to over night it at no expense to me if it wasnt done before i left.. amazing experience!
I took my wedding ring to Kay Jewelers on October 1st for the 6 month service check. They found some loose diamonds and my ring had to be sent in for repair. It seems like EVERY time I take it in, something is wrong with it. Their standard time to fix it takes 7 weeks. I dont like it but I understand it needs to be fixed.Fast forward to November 17th, my ring is due to be ready !I called the store in Castle Rock on November 17th at 7:30pm because I havent heard from them to pick my ring up. I was put on hold and told they were trying to find my ring. I was finally told my ring is running late and would be in by November 22nd.Fast forward to November 22nd, I still havent heard from the store. I called the store three times with no answer. I then call the corporate office and was told my ring was not fixed correctly the first time so now it will be December 17th before its ready. Needless to say, I lost my mind !!I asked to speek with a supervisor and wanted her to please explain to me WHY. She said the ring was sent to the store in Castle Rock where it was inspected and then sent back to service because the work was not done correctly.( I was never told about this, not even a phone call to say hey, we suck and cant do our jobs right. ) The nice lady basically said Im screwed and will just have to wait on my ring but theyve expedited it for me. They would have a gift card for me when I pick my ring up.Fast forward to December 15th, I FINALLY have my ring back after 76 DAYS of it being with the master jeweler. In the last 6 years, theyve had my ring more than I have. My ring is beautiful but obviously the quality is horrible as its constantly being sent in for service. I would think a company as big as Kay Jewelers could do better for their customers. Weve spent over $10k at Kay and I do not recommend them and will NEVER buy another thing from them.

On both occasions my fiance and I visited we were treated with excellent service, greeted immediately but not treated with salesy bahavior nor were we neglected and there were plenty of other people in the store.We visited other jewelers to no avail, both local (exclusive) and franchise. They either didnt have what we wanted or their prices were beyond their competitors for the actual value of their goods.We asked questions, so did the staff, and my fiance and I both found what we needed at this store. They can order custom items that arent on the floor from their expansive catalog of options that saves you 10% and being an outlet have deals that others cant.They were helpful and diligent and actually saved us money in the end. I find the unrealistic negative comments here about the service absurd...and the claims of feeling put out or neglected even more so with the accompanied drama.If you demand more than a casual sales experience and a pep rally just for you when you enter and feel neglected at minor annoyances, whether real or imagined, no one cares. If you claim to have wanted to purchase something expensive at a jeweler but werent allowed to, for whatever reason, you are probably a raving narcissist.We received excellent service and when we were ready with questions, they were prepared, helpful and offered the right suggestions to get us solutions.If you knew what you were about to purchase but instead stood there in angry silence, became indignant and left--just to return (one reviewer, tried to make it sound like he was abused, for example) and then return to the store, and feel anger for waiting another 10 minutes after you went back in??? that happens everywhere...you lost your place in line.If you knew what you wanted, why would you not ask directly? Be assertive. Making eye contact signals you want attention. They are there to help--as it helps them as well. If you claim you were ignored, youre off the credibility grid. I wouldnt believe that if you told me it happened at McDonalds.I personally dont want someone breathing down my neck when shopping, but if you do, youll find better bootlickers elsewhere though I doubt youd honestly rank them highly for anything beyond that.Looking back, this Kay outlet store was the best investment of our time our visits there were also the least lengthy. We shopped several stores carefully and asserted our questions or concerns. There was never a wait.Were quite pleased with the experience and outcome. Keep up the good work.

Ashley really helped me out in finding exactly what I was looking for, Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to express the same in the company survey, lost my receipt and the 3 day window past 😡. No help. Went into store and waited 15 mins 1st time no help. Went in an hour later waited 10 mins. No help. Sales associate walking around shooting the s#!t with other employees while they are helping people. Doesnt look like she wants to help anyone. Just lost a Le Vian sale.

No one says a word to you when you walk in.Zero customer service, you could walk in ready to spend over 10k and STILL will not get service.Idiotic business logistics 🤷🏼♀️Hire more people and train them to greet customers and not MISS big sales.
The hours posted are incorrect, online hours are posted as closing at 9 pm when the store actually closes at 8 pm. Hard to trust a jeweler who cant even get their hours correct.

If there’s a way to give zero stars I would give it. They sold me a broken Movato watch that I bought for my husband for our 10yr anniversary. On top of that they “forgot” to disclose that it was pre-owned.
Went here today near the end of the night and had an absolutely horrible experience. We were trying to buy a small earring set for our baby daughters first set. I hope management sees this post and corrects this as the one of the staff members, a blonde female whom I dont remember the name, there was the most typical pushy and rude sales person Ive ever come across. Trying to get me to open a credit line there when my wife already had one and trying to upsell us to over 1000$ earrings. After i expressed how ridiculous this was we began to leave and she started heckling us on our way out even! We will not be returning here and will not let any friends or family shop here. Its really sad as we spent several hundred dollars at this particular store last year but obviously staff doesnt care about the customers just making a sale...
